Build a Full Screen Mobile Nav in Webflow
Просмотров 14 тыс.3 года назад
In this walkthrough I will be showing you how I built a custom full screen mobile menu with animations in Webflow.
Tutorial for advanced users only. Didn't understand a single sh*t. Way too rushed.
huge thanks for this. was able to wrap my head around the hide/show display property combined with webflow interactions thanks to this walkthrough.
This is great man, thanks! Not only has it helped me build out a decent menu on my first Webflow site, it's a good crash course for a number of features and, as others have said, like that you explain WHY you're doing it. One thing I'm having trouble with, can't seem to get the lines in the menu button to space out from each other without padding/margin in between them?? I double-checked all my settings, but they stack right on top of each other and don't space out within the div - any ideas?
Hey man, just wanted to say the way you explain the reasoning behind how you build everything is great. I watch a lot of tutorials and don't think I've ever heard reasoning explained step by step. It may take longer but it is actually helpful to understand instead of just following along clicking like robot.
Thank you! Great content! And I find that the lenght and tempo of the video is perfect.
anyone end up making this so i can duplicate and save?
I've tried several times, but it's still confusing for me. Especially since I already had the standard working navigation from Webflow which somehow badly interacted with building the first one. I basically copied everything 100% but nothing feels and looks the same. I've given up recreating the base structure and not even gotten to the part where you write the interactions :D Would also be greatful for any clonable..
this video save my life! I was looking to how tf do a dropdown animation 100% custom and here you have it! nice work man! keep the good work! 🔥🔥
Nice video overall man, it's very thorough. Just some constructive criticism that hopefully will help you become even better. The video is nearly 40 mins long where it could have been half that time in just over 20 mins because you talk way too much repeating steps unnecessarily and describing or showing random irrelevant information at times. Nevertheless, keep making these videos, they are very informative.
Awesome, I was looking for this! I will have to rewatch it a couple of times before I can remake everything but thanks for sharing!
Awesome! Exactly what i've been looking for! Thanks!!
This is great. Will try to build it.
Hi there! Been trying to make something similar myself, would it be possible for you to make a tutorial showing how to make a simple full screen mobile menu nav from scratch? Cheers
Good stuff! Thanks!
Solid tut, informative & to the point, work process is 2 thumbs up. Looking forward for more real no BS tuts like this. Thanks! Would like to see your take on screen sizes & responsive layouts in webflow & how to build design spec in Webflow. Do you use Figma for mockups?
What’s your thoughts on using VW and VH? I’ve heard some negativity around using the units across IOS and PC browsers. Any thoughts?
This was really great, thanks for posting and keep them coming :)
You're welcome! And, yes I plan to keep making these.
