Putting forward his philosophy that needs more tools and more intelligent players is a great thing, he's obssesed with football, he's a psycho. Need to see him coaching a big team that can resonates to his ideas, and to me the most ideal team for him is Manchester City. He'll make a very brilliant Pep successor. One thing though, Yes his philosophy is great and doable but I haven't seen his in game and tactical tweaks to adapt against opponents that expose him more and make his game play vulnerable. He gets beaten up 4 or 3 nil and doesn't change a thing to salvage his team? Need to see him adapt to varying tactical situations.
