I always liked that Nick Fury was in Tony's corner, not the Caps. Heaven knows the Cap has believed his own hype for too long, he's due for a Tony-esque humbling Afghanistan style. Not to mention the other Avengers who are all terrible people in their own right, judging Tony more harshly despite the fact that they lived and operated on his charity the entire time. Bastards, all of them.
