Late to the conversation, but remember when Saint Germain talked about metronomes synchronizing? I had no idea what he was saying at the time, but I have a possible theory. Okarun's got ridiculously fit. Like pro athlete. I think there's two ways to take that. Either because he was in a life threatening situation nearly every day, and running for his life, making him very fit. Or, because Turbo Granny's powers have started to affect Okarun's body, and, like a metronome in Saint Germain's example, his cells have adapted to the supernaturally increased speed and power, making Okarun semi supernatural. Kinda like Goku getting Super Sayian God powers from the ritual, but afterwards, his body having experienced being Super Sayian God, can do it again on his own.

correct me if i am wrong, he still might have Turbo Granny's powers. I specifically remember that Turbo Granny coated his balls with her own spiritual power which is why it was golden or smthn. I suspect that Ken will also get new powers when the situation arises or he’s pushed too far. After all, every entity that came in contact with his balls got a power boost or presumed that they’d get more power. Aliens wanted them as a power source, humans received spiritual abilities/awakenings, and ghosts wanted them for power and/or to potentially come back to life. I just hope his new powers are unique to him and not just a copy of Turbo Granny’s.

No one is mentioning it, but even if turbo granny left, she only returned the shlong. The balls are still gold concentrated energy. Aliens and spirits were attracted to them because of that. So I think he might have lost the turbo granny powers, but maybe absorbed some + buffed by the golden balls. Someone please explain it better than me.
