I would love to buy a mobile home so bad. The lot rent around me is absolutely crazy! It's 700-800 in most places.

I love beans, cornbread and fried potatoes. I like to add Jalapenos and Cheddar Cheese to my cornbread. I don't see anything wrong with a mobile home. I lived in a double wide for many years.

I do all my grocery shopping online and I have given all my shoppers a 5 star except one. I tip good also because they have to do all the shopping and then bring it to your home. The person I gave the one star to was terrible.

Hi Erica, I have been rethinking my diet too.Oatmeal isn't heart health like it used to be, just recently heard something on news about that. I have been mostly carb free and the holidays have made me feel like crap.So little by slowly getting on track. Hope you are staying warm in this weather. This is our first real snow here in WV after having lived in Hawaii for six years then lower Alabama for 8. My 2 youngest kids have only ever seen ice on top of mountains in Hawaii before this, and they are loving it. So glad to call WV home now because it is a beautiful state.

Maybe swap out the whips for yoplait proteins. I know it sucks, but I had to give those up too. I also had to give up Starbucks bottle frapps. They put me almost to pre diabetes! 😢 Cottage cheese with fruit on top is good way to get more protein too.❤❤

You're not the only person on the planet who hates ice cream cake. I hate it, and so does my husband and daughter. Maybe my son too, I just can't remember right now. I think maybe he will eat it but doesn't necessarily like it. It tastes fake, like chemicals, and leaves a film in my mouth, probably from shortening. It's gross.

I use white beans with the ham seasoning and I throw some bacon in it and let it cook for hours. My husband loves it with jalapeño cheddar cornbread. Mine looks a little creamer, yours is like a broth. It looks yummy especially with that cornbread 😋

Hey there! My neighbour just painted her trailer a charcoal color! It looks beautiful with white windows. I don't have a hallway in my trailer, 2 big bedrooms front and back, open livingroom and kitchen. Having no hallway gives you alot bigger, and open living space. The bathroom is outside one bedroom, and the laundry room is outside the other. Loved your tour! TFS Hugs!

Nice place I lived in a trailer in my early 20s .. when you do your floors I would suggest replacing your water lines if they haven’t been I would replace them regardless for health concerns ..it’s easy I did mine by myself at 21 with no plumbing knowledge .. you can reseal your metal roof to if you have one .. replace your exterior doors with steel doors .. I learned allot living in trailer budgeting money and doing things myself ..anything is possible family and friends were not as receptive about trailer living when I was living in one there is and was a stigma that I think is going away . Now that I’m 46 and retired with a few homes I think they understand what I was doing . Stay blessed and invest!

Your kitchen looks big enough for an island from Wayfair. They always have free shipping. We bought a large island an I absolutely love it. Also, I think that small area would be perfect for a mud bench with hooks. Great for sitting down to take off shoes and for storage.You could flip that paneling going down your hallway inside out and then paint or wallpaper it. Make that area in your front room into a coffee/tea bar.

Found you and do enjoy no pretenses......I am good with that. As real people, busy schedules and a lot going on, the real is appreciated by all of us in same life schedule. New comer to channel. Do you rent these trailors? I'm also in Appalachia and have lived in mobile homes all my life. Do you take care of plumbing and insulation? Because I know from over fifty years of living in them there is a lot if work that you must keep up with. Not to mention appliances etc. and bills.

FYI Amazon sells flush mounted ceiling fan with the light inside it is less than 4” and no blades turning around. I have low ceilings and they work really well but they are about $90.00 and have a remote control.

I love you showing it the Way you live in it. I just purchased a 32' fifth wheel and set it up on an acre that I purchased with City water and sewer but In the county limits only. I looked for a used home but couldn't get it financed with the moving and set up. The 5th works for me and it is just as nice as a mobile home but smaller. I was able to get it moved much cheaper and set it up myself. I'm content and will most likely stay in this and just upgrades. It's a 2005 and therefore has the wood cabinetry and built so much better all around. I love what you're doing with your home. If I was going to purchase a mobile it would be around that year that I would want. That one looks to be built pretty well. Can't wait to see what you do with it
