We hadn't met & you were sitting behind us lol. That guy had a terrific voice. Really good. Only issue was to many toddlers running around dance floor till midnight keeping adults from dancing. Shame. Many thanks too you also, fir keeping us in it 😂

I agree , that's why we left the 2nd time . Kids only scooting around floor. For adults only it was an issue, the parents didn't seem to care. Disappointing. Ah well I might be seen again. Solarium was my go to place, kates was smoking deck 😅

@@Royal55-pp2sj Parents shouldn’t be taking the night off for everyone everyone should have to deal with the issues! Did you eat in the Solarium Bistro? The smoking area? Really?

I’ve sailed from Southampton many times and this embarkation was by far the fastest and most convenient. I really couldn’t believe I was on the ship in 8 minutes. I can’t help with the weather but hopefully it’ll be fine, where abouts are you sailing to?

This was a long postponed first Royal Caribbean cruise and I was so excited! Why is boarding their ships so much faster than others? I don’t get it! Anthem is a cold weather ship, that’s what there’s bumper cars and an indoor pool. The Promenade Cafe and Sorrento’s became a regular late night haunt of ours 😂 The MDR’s did improve on our sailing but still lacked that wow factor! Exactly, I find it baffling why other cruise lines with smaller ships can’t get embarkation right? As you’ll see in my later vlogs, the MDR experience does improve but other issues arise.

I’m really pleased to hear that you had a great cruise. You’re quite correct in saying that Marella are a great choice for a first cruise as their ships are the perfect size and the entertainment is excellent. I really enjoyed chatting to the cast members after the shows, it’s just something that you can’t do on other cruise lines. Having great cruise directors is another important factor and once again, something Marella get right. Many thanks for watching and commenting on my video too.

I’m amazed how some cabins have so little storage, especially drawers. I don’t want my stuff everywhere when I’m on holiday. The bathroom was great, ideal for us and the shower was so powerful it could rip your skin off 😂

I think that you would enjoy cruising with Royal Caribbean, they have some quirks but there’s a reason they’re the most popular cruise line.

This was a fun if very wet day, I thought that the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plane?

La Rochelle was so beautiful, one of my favourite ports!

I went to the Estrella Galicia brewery here, what a fantastic port!!
