    Great no-nonense tutorial! Do these struggle if there's some large stone in the soil. I need to build conservatory but i think a lot of stone from an old retaining wall has been buried in the ground. Appreciate your advice. Thanks again

    • @Rhinox-Group
      @Rhinox-Group День назад

      Thanks for the comment! Using a standard bucket to break up a retaining wall can be challenging. You may want to try a ripper tooth, as it concentrates all the machine's power into a single point, making it much stronger and more effective than a digging bucket, which spreads the force across multiple teeth. However, it’s still worth starting with a standard digging bucket, as the wall may break apart easily, depending on how well it was constructed or how long ago it was built. Hope this helps!

      We apologise that this video did not fully meet your expectations. To streamline our manufacturing process, we purchase our steel pre-shaped, this allows for quick and efficient assembly of the parts. The clip following the laser cutting, shows our welder assembling and tacking the parts before welding - this is the first step in our process once the components are cut and shaped.

      @Rhinox-Group 22 дня назад

      We regularly use the bucket hooks on our Kubota Kx027-4 digger to move multiple digging buckets during site maintenance. Some of the footage in this video was captured by our team while operating the digger. One potential drawback of hooks on the hanger is that if they are welded to the hanger rather than integrated into the hanger ear itself, there is a risk of weld failure, similar to when hooks are welded to a bucket. However, with our one-piece hook and hanger design, the likelihood of weld failure is significantly reduced. Hope this helps!

      Thanks for the concern, Craig, however we don't supply pins with our hydraulic quick couplers - the customer must use the pins supplied with their excavator! In terms of 3 year warranty, it's not actually as common as you think and the companies that do, also have a clause stating the number of operating hours until the warranty no longer covers it, which is considerably lower than our 4,000 hours! We understand your concerns about recycled steel and using the green power we're helping to produce. Right now, we're not in a position to fully integrate recycled materials into our manufacturing process or directly use the renewable energy from our investment into hydropower initiatives. It's so nice to see this initiative! Just two small points: A) This is marketing. If it means so much to you you'd just do it and never feel a need to boast about it. B) It's 2024, the last time I received a package with anything that is not biodegradable was before the 2000's You're a little late top the party. C) Supporting that hydro project is great but let's be honest: you can either afford it because it's cheap, or because you are charging the customers for it. Money doesn't grow on trees. Oh, and D) how the actual F did this get in my recommendations? RUclips is a magical place full of wonder...

Larger companies in the construction industry are working on initiatives to improve their impact on the environment so by making this product carbon neutral, we're trying to come inline with that too! B) We agree - receiving packages in biodegradable packaging has been going on for years! But that's not always possible when shipping large products like excavator buckets and attachments. Biodegradable or recyclable options aren't always strong enough to hold heavy items like this in place but we've been improving our packaging methods for years, continually finding the best methods that reduce the impact on the planet! C) As mentioned in previous comments, the cost of our hydraulic quick couplers remain the same to the customer, whether they're carbon neutral or not! Again, thank you for the questions! The google dictionary definition of 'carbon neutral' is: - Making or resulting in no net release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, especially as a result of carbon offsetting. This means that an activity or process doesn't add any extra carbon dioxide (CO2) to the atmosphere. If it does produce CO2, steps are taken to balance it out, to remove or OFFSET an equal amount of CO2, so the overall impact on the atmosphere is neutral. So in terms of our carbon neutral hydraulic coupler. Any carbon produced during manufacturing/distribution has been offset by investing in a hydropower plant that produces electricity using water instead of fossil fuels. Using water instead of fossil fuels, stops the production of carbon therefore offsetting the carbon produced in our processes. Hope this helps!

      @@Rhinox-Group So if you know what it means you'll provide us with a full break-down of this part from CONCEPTION to construction (all related materials and work period inputs) to expected units produced. You want to say you're working for the environment is fine, but claiming full carbon neutrality is a flat out farce and reeks of marketing. If you were really interested in advertising about being better for the environment you would talk about your input energy reduction in the process as a whole, not just carbon.

      We understand that factors like ease of use and reliability are significant when purchasing a product like a hydraulic quick coupler. That's why we've worked hard to ensure our products meet high standards. For instance, our hydraulic couplers can be disassembled and reassembled in just 15 minutes, with full maintenance and servicing completed in under an hour! Plus, they feature a fully compliant twin locking mechanism to ensure maximum safety during operation. However, more companies are beginning to prioritise their environmental impact and how their equipment affects the planet so while carbon neutrality may not be a priority for you, it is a key benefit for others. Regardless of the carbon neutral status, the cost of the product remains the same to you!

    Interesting video. The weight is a key ellement with efficancy, we all like efficancy and being the heaviest i would say that isnt efficient. Also you never covered the steel quality ! I guess the india Ryinox would not be as strong as per the whites bucket made in britian using uk steel. Tbh i have bent seveal of your buckets and find them very heavy and also very week. My preferd is and engcon bucket, light weight and very strong.

      Thanks for the detailed comment, Craig! We agree, everybody likes efficiency, but efficiency can be considered in a few different areas. Weight obviously has an effect on power of the machine but things like additional wear protection can make your buckets last a considerable amount of time longer, which in turn makes them more efficient as you're not having to repurchase as frequently. So it depends what area of efficiency is most important to you! When it comes to steel, quality isn't about where it's sourced, but rather the grade of the steel itself. At Rhinox, we use steel grades that meet European standards, to ensure our buckets perform as designed and match those made by other manufacturers! Many companies you're familiar with, source parts from areas of Asia or use Italian steel (Esti) and Esti teeth which have foundries in China. We'd love to know if you've had confirmation from your preferred attachment manufacturers as to their steel/parts grades and origins?

    @Rhinox I'm planning to obtain my excavator operator's license and gain a couple of years of experience in the field. Once I have the necessary qualifications and experience, I'm considering starting my own business. What types of businesses could I pursue with my skills and expertise? Additionally, I'm looking to transition to this new career path full-time.
