SPEND A MORNING WITH US - Manufacturing at Rhinox HQ
Been doing it for more than 40 years !
40 years!? That's awesome - you must find it an effective method then?👏
Yesterday I was just wondering if this was a thing and if people do it. Very nice.
Definitely - it's very popular!
About to operate a 7.5 ton with this as my only learning feel less nervous after your run down on every control
We're glad this has helped settle your nerves a little. Just start slow and steady until you get used to all the controls!
@@Rhinox-Group the digger is parked 2 foot from a lake and the arm of the bucket is the other side of a fence i should be able to sort that but with this 7.5ton jcb we got the rev stick is different
Believe its a jcb 8080 and it has a stick that goes back to its normal position dose that mean 1 tap up revs go up 1 tap down revs go down? Bit lost haha just some decent money there nd tryna learn fast
Fantastic Video Tom, I love your factory tours , and isn’t great to see British Engineering at its best. You were amazed by the sheer quantity of buckets as I was. It’s a child in the sweet shop moment 😂😂
We hold over 20,000 buckets and attachments in-stock so it's definitely overwhelming when you first walk through them! We loved having Tom come to visit - a great guy!
it was good to watch, and see how tom will put them to use!
We look forward to seeing what projects he uses his new grading bucket for!
Do you do buckets for farm use that are bigger than the little ones shown here. Like grain buckets or even general use ones that are in the 3-3m2 range. Also why is a UK company seeking buckets that are only available in inch sizes. It’s an embarrassment that you are using archaic nonsense like the old imperial system on the width but using metric for the volume. The Uk moved to the metric system in 1962. Get with the times! Having to calculate the width of your buckets to work out what your on about is ridiculous.
Thanks for the comment! Rhinox only manufacture the 0.75m3 and 1m3 telehandler buckets. Inches are the industry standard for measuring bucket widths but google has a handy convert if you need to convert to mm.
that end digger was a beast! looks like its related to Bagger 288
They really are enormous, aren't they!
Sweden almost 100%, Norway, Finland almost everyone. Not cheap but it saves a lot of labour, check youtube for engcon or rototilt, steelwrist.
Tom lamb propper influencer
Agree, but i live in Sweden this is standard equipment from 2t an up
That's very interesting! Tiltrotators definitely aren't that common in the UK
Buy an tiltrotator and stop this idea
For someone that can't afford or justify the price of a tiltrotator, reversing their bucket might be something to consider!
Will all buckets fit reversed?
If your buckets are standard 2-pin, they should work! However, the geometry from some manufacturers might affect how well your bucket performs in reverse - but it’s definitely worth a try!
SWEET! Now i just need a digger
😂😂 That's probably a good place to start, Harry!😂
@@Rhinox-Group All jokes aside these videos are very handy in the future. I'm due to go self employed this year and getting the funds for one to call my own will be my only issue starting off.
We appreciate it! Wishing you the best of luck with this - we can’t wait to see you up and running in the near future!
I've bought a trenching bucket and a tilt bucket from rhinox for a Bobcat x323 and I really like both of them, but it can take 20 minutes trying to change buckets. I wanted to ask someone how much the coupler would extend the bucket down past the hydraulic thumb. The thumb and the bucket line up perfectly right now so I think the only option is welding more teeth on the end of the thumb or try to find another thumb that is the right length.
Thank you for your comment and for your previous purchase - we appreciate your support! Regarding the geometry, you're correct that adding a coupler will likely increase the distance between your thumb and bucket. Unfortunately, this distance can vary depending on the machine, so we’re unable to provide exact dimensions. Our best suggestion would be to purchase the coupler and test it out to see how it works for your setup. After trying it, you can decide whether welding or swapping your thumb is the best solution. Many users find it’s not an issue at all, but it ultimately depends on your specific machine and preferences! Feel free to get in touch via email or give us a call if you need any more information or have any questions, one of our team will be able to help you out! Call: (267) 861 0812 or email: sales@rhinox-group.us
Backhoe loader is better than excavator
The backhoe loader is a great machine but they definitely both have their benefits! Why do you prefer a backhoe over an excavator?🤔
yes, alabama.
lol. i bet the videos are hard to get right on the first try.
You're absolutely right - getting it perfect on the first try is rare! There's always a blooper or two behind the scenes, but that's all part of the fun. Thanks for watching!
I believe showing black painted parts with the black background of your clothing is a poor idea, in fact, the whole video is a bit dark.
"Do you dig graves?" "They're alright, yeah."
There are so many different tools for excavators and I always just dig holes. 😂
Digging holes is the bread and butter!
Ultimate excavator attachment ever the quick hitch manual or powered i made a Rc electro magnet
For the sake of this video, we didn't include any quick hitches as they're more of a coupling system than an attachment! We wanted to show off some of the other interesting attachments available on the market that you may not have seen before! Quick hitches are definitely a beneficial system to look into though - we have a full video about the top 8 types of quick hitches: ruclips.net/video/xRu9MwdU0Vw/видео.html
Man ur British just say Tarmac
How about rotortilt ?
There handy but I dont like them
We wouldn't necessarily classify a tiltrotator as an attachment; it is a coupling system. This video is dedicated to focusing specifically on excavator attachments! Thanks for the comment though - tiltrotators are very popular couplers nowadays!
It looks good, but what steel do you use? T-1? AR400? The site just says "high quality steel". It's for my 5-ton excavator. Thanks!
Awesome as always 😎
Thanks guys! We always appreciate your support!
Hi Rhinox Team nice one happy Christmas Thanks again
Brilliant video there thanks for sharing that information very well explained safety fist all times 😊
We appreciate the feedback - thanks for the comment!
❤❤❤❤
👏👏👏
Do you have these available for a bobcat E 50 now? I see the videos eight months old.
Thanks for the enquiry, Justin! Yes, our micro trenching buckets are available for the E50! You can shop the range here: rhinox-group.us/collections/bobcat-e50
great video

Where is part 3?
Thanks for your comment, you can watch this here: ruclips.net/user/shortsIHATj3F7vCc
Nothing controversial about this, skilled digger drivers do this all the time. As already mentioned in the comments Rototilt and other companies make attachments to revolve the bucket completely and vary the angle, ideal for a tracked machine. The Digger Girl on her channel shows lots of good examples how to get the best out of them.
There was a lot of controversy about reversing buckets when Lady Lana started posting videos using this technique, but reversing a bucket is definitely a common practice in more recent times because it can be very effective! Tiltrotators are great for tilting and twisting to the desired angle but aren't affordable for everybody so reversing a bucket is the best alternative to achieve a similar effect!
Loosing the load prematurely? 🤣🤣🤣
I tried my bucket in reverse and all the water fell out.
Rototilt, been in use for ages. But don't know why it's not so common in uk
Tiltrotator couplers are very popular in the UK but are typically used by construction companies! So smaller companies or owner operators tend to reverse a bucket when needed!
Nothing worse than losing your load early……
Steam shoveling. Yall need one with a hydraulic bottom. Its better for sifting piles.
Owner groups say those enclosed cabs are a terrible idea, engine fumes enter cabin, no power to run air con
Inches are more better.
😂
I am not a robot bee bee 😄
available in canada?yanmar mini excavator?
Yes - you can shop our micro trenching bucket range via Rhinox Group US! Shop online here: rhinox-group.us/collections/micro-trenching-buckets
Great video - thank you. Would you have anu objection to me using it or part of it in an information slide deck that explains how our hydraulic valves can be used to control the cylinder(s) on these units please ?
Please pop an email to marketing@rhinox-group.com and our team can discuss this with you!
Get a gradal there bucket is made to do thst
Gradall buckets also don't have compatibility for a bolt-on blade!
Cool. I will try to remember that you supply those type of buckets
Mine did not come with hoses. Purchased 7 months ago in Alabama US
Thanks for the comment - this is out UK spec video, our US tilting buckets don't come with hoses. Please see the US spec video here: ruclips.net/video/902Ollm-tuQ/видео.html
Most good operators use the cutting edge for grading off stone, using back of the bucket is frowned upon where i work.
That’s interesting - thanks for the comment, Paul. It’s good to hear how your workplace emphasises using the cutting edge to grade, this helps to protect the back of the bucket!
What is the link, need one for TB230.
Thanks for the enquiry, Taylor! Unfortunately, the smallest pallet forks we make is for 5 ton machines.
When I got my TB230 skeleton bucket from yall, my goons were using it as a weight with the pallet and wrapping still attached.
Ooopes! We would have loved to witnessed that!😂
