@Antonio-j8j7s great question Antonio. I'm glad you asked. A villain quirk, at least in the classification I created, has to follow these rules: 1. It has to be unorthodox, be that the ability or the way to activate it. For example, on Izuku's case. He can control others' blood and his own, causing him to easily be able to kill people or torture them with ease. 2. The danger or the quirk be that mentally or physically. This is a wide classification since many quirks fit this category. But the ones who can manipulate or force people to do things against their own will are the ones that fit the villain category the most. 3. Peoples' reactions and general view of the quirk. People tend to see quirks that require blood, brain manipulation, or, let's say, disintegrate anything it touches as horrific and extremely dangerous(forbidden) 4. Past experiences. Some people around the world or people from the past possessed the same quirk or a similar one. And I'f their records are negative, have negative side effects, or have used the quirk for evil. Then they classify it as such. 5 This is personal. But it was to slightly develop the flow where the story will take and the discrimination the people with these quirks face to better understand and connect with the villains in this story

Sadly, any new story will be put on hold until my new workload of series lowers( I have 5 series currently on hold, and I'm going to start working on them) or we hit 8k subs with a new series(which will basically increase my workload)😅
