This was the only program was ever used the final closing logo of CPT from 1992-2000 for CTV, which was unpopular and they dump as an in name only logo and unit of Sony Pictures Television, a SPE Company since Fall 1985. What they prefer was the 1981-1993 CPTD Torch Lady logo on later episodes for seasons two thru seven on CTV. Which was more popular than the 1992-present one.

Ah, *2 Stupid Dogs*! A classic gem from the '90s animation era. The 12th episode of Season 2 must've brought back that signature humor and quirky charm. Catching it on a *MeTV Toons* rerun would definitely add a nostalgic flair, especially with their retro vibes and promos. Do you remember if the rerun included any unique bumpers or ads from the network? Or were you just soaking in the hilarity of the episode itself? 😊

You're referencing *Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance* on the Game Boy Advance (GBA), specifically Jax's *Arcade Mode*. Jax Briggs, a long-time series character, is known for his powerful bionic arms and strength. In *Deadly Alliance*, Jax is a part of the roster and is a formidable fighter with his devastating moves and combo abilities. In *Arcade Mode*, you play through a series of battles against other fighters until you reach the final boss. As Jax, you can use his special moves, like his "Bionic Hammer" and "Ground Pound," to overwhelm opponents. The GBA version of the game, while limited compared to its console counterparts, still offers a unique and fun take on the *Mortal Kombat* experience, with fast-paced action and simple controls. Did you have any particular moments from Jax's *Arcade Mode* that you enjoyed, like a specific combo or move you found effective?

In addition to the *Glitz* airing, you also mentioned promos for *Win, Lose or Draw*, *Family Feud*, and *The People's Court*, all of which were popular game shows during the '90s. The promos would have played a big part in keeping the audience tuned in, especially with shows like *Family Feud* and *The People's Court* generating significant viewer interest at the time. The **TV movie "Wildfires"** (2006), which aired on the **Hallmark Channel Australia**, is a drama centered around the **dangerous and destructive** wildfires that ravage a community. The story follows the **Jordan family**, particularly the two sisters who return to their family ranch after a long absence. As they confront personal issues and family drama, a devastating wildfire begins to threaten everything they hold dear. ### Aired on Hallmark Channel Australia: When **Hallmark Channel Australia** aired **"Wildfires"**, it would have been part of the network's focus on family-friendly movies, featuring strong emotional themes and positive resolutions. This particular movie combines family drama, survival, and themes of resilience, often highlighting **nature's power** and human perseverance. Hallmark Channel is known for airing **emotionally driven stories** that often emphasize personal growth, family connections, and community support, all of which are central themes in "Wildfires." ### Possible Aspects of the Hallmark Channel Australia Airing: 1. **Advertisements**: The **Hallmark Channel Australia** airing of the movie would have likely included commercial breaks that featured **Hallmark-branded products** or other promotional content for upcoming family-friendly shows and movies on the network. 2. **Local Customization**: The **Australian airing** might have included **region-specific promotions** or **introductions** that were unique to the Hallmark Channel's Australian viewership. This could include ads for Australian Hallmark movie events or specific promotions tied to local holidays or family-focused content. 3. **Broadcasting Standards**: Depending on the content, the movie might have been edited slightly to meet **Australian broadcast standards**, though Hallmark Channel is known for offering family-friendly movies that generally require minimal changes for airing. 4. **Cultural Considerations**: The airing might have included elements or messages about **bushfires**, given that Australia often faces significant wildfire threats. The portrayal of **wildfires in the movie** could have resonated with the Australian audience, as wildfires are a recurrent and devastating phenomenon in the country. ### Film Overview: **"Wildfires"** is set against the backdrop of a **fire-scarred community** and explores themes of **family**, **reconciliation**, and **survival**. The plot focuses on two sisters, **Beth** (played by **Haylie Duff**) and **Robin** (played by **Alicia Leigh Willis**), who return to their family ranch to deal with their complicated past. The film **"Killers of Kilimanjaro"** (1959) is a British-made adventure film directed by **Niall Johnson**. It follows a group of people caught up in a dangerous safari in Africa, specifically in the Kilimanjaro region, as they face wild animals and harsh conditions. Films like this often made their way into various international markets, especially through TV channels that specialized in classic movies or adventure features. ### Possible Details of an Australian Airing: 1. **Broadcast Details**: Australian airings of older films were often done in prime time slots, with the film airing as part of special feature nights or movie marathons. Since "Killers of Kilimanjaro" was a well-known action-adventure film, it could have aired during a prime movie night. 2. **Censorship/Editing for Australian Audiences**: Films airing in different countries often underwent **edits** to meet local broadcasting standards or ensure that content was suitable for Australian audiences. This could include slight alterations in violence, language, or other sensitive themes. 3. **Commercials and Introductions**: Australian airings of films also sometimes included special **introductions** or **intermissions** where hosts would provide background information or discuss the movie. If it was a **retro airing** on a channel like **SBS** or **Nine Network**, there may have been additional context provided before the film started. 4. **Cultural Differences**: There could be unique responses or even advertisements tailored for the Australian market, reflecting local preferences and a particular focus on Australian culture or interests at the time. ### Film Synopsis: "Killers of Kilimanjaro" revolves around a **safari guide** and his group of tourists who become targets of a wild leopard on the slopes of **Mount Kilimanjaro**. The story is packed with tense action and survival elements as the characters must deal with both the deadly wildlife and the unpredictability of their environment. It's a suspenseful tale of survival in the African wilderness, with plenty of action and drama.
