the resonating frequency should be less than -10db.I also have the same issue.How to get the fr below -10db without quarterwave and trails and error method. inorder to match the match with the transmission line. Your antenna is mismatch.

sir, i am getting one error while following ur steps to design microstrip patch antenna with coaxial feeding:This software is licensed for up to 100000 mesh cells only. The current mesh size exceeds this limit. Please reduce the mesh size accordingly.

thats thickness of copper.. usually we use 0.035.. here i used 0.1
great job but i don't understand how we get Xf and Yf ?
Xf and Yf value always we make parametric study analysis to match exact 50 ohm... but theoretical we calculate L/2<Yf< L/4. standard formulas available in A.Balanis book
