Le fédéralisme belge en chiffres : simplifier pour amplifier
7 parlements, 6 gouvernements, 5 niveaux de pouvoirs et un effectif politique total de 31 806 mandataires, avec des densités politiques qui varient du simple au double selon les régions.
Dans ce rapport inédit Jean Hindriks et Alexandre Lamfalussy ont rassemblé de manière claire, lisible et rigoureuse les chiffres de notre fédéralisme belge. Ces chiffres illustrent le poids, la complexité et les dysfonctionnements de nos institutions politiques du niveau fédéral au niveau local des villes, communes et provinces en passant par le niveau régional et communautaire. Un seul mot d’ordre s’impose : simplifier et recentrer pour amplifier l’efficacité de l’action publique.

Une rhétorique éculée du début à la fin. Depuis sa création en 1979, la COP n'a eu aucun impact. Les émissions de CO² ont été en constantes augmentations. Tout cela est le résultat d'un facteur essentiel : la croissance économique. Cette croissance étant à 85% issue des énergies fossiles, tant qu'on cherchera de la croissance, le climat se détériorera. Les ENR, crées à partir de ressources fossiles, ne couvriront jamais ce que nous consommons actuellement. La seule alternative viable reste le nucléaire, et ses avancées technologiques, pour tenter de maintenir un approvisionnement suffisant.
