    My second time doing this meditation and I can say it more potent this time around. My oxygen saturation level varies between 97-99%. My O2 has never been at 99%. I’ve been learning a great deal from your meditation and this one is 😍🥰. Thank you for creating them. I’m going to share now on my watts app group. 💐💐

    Music is overpowering the words here. How can I meditate when I am STRUGGLING to ACTUALLY be guided because the guide is whispering and the music is louder than their voice. It sounds like someone is HISSING along with music playing, then about once every 7 seconds, I can make out a single word or maybe three, then back to the hissing. A GUIDED meditation should GUIDE ONE through the meditation steps. If I hear more music than words, what good does it do? Why can't I seem to find a guided meditation to stop smoking that isn't either incomprehensible to my normal human ears, or that starts telling horror stories 30 minutes into the track to completely pull me out of a relaxed state and instill me with a bunch of fear? I've tried SEVERAL quit smoking meditations, over the past 2 weeks, and I haven't found a single one that either doesn't scare with health problem horrors (I KNOW how unhealthy it is, shaming or scaring people is NOT an effective therapy ractic or is unhearable due to loud music, or one had a very high pitched bell that gave me a headache. This is so discouraging.

I appreciate constructive criticism but your comment goes too far. I can hear the words fine, so I suggest you get a hearing test before implying it’s my fault that you are still smoking.

    I tried quitting and got 33 days before my mind literally started playing tricks on me (if you've ever had this happen you'll know how much it sucks). I'm going to quit again, but this time, I'm going to use the nic patch step 1 for as long as I need it.

    Hi, I want to tell you how I got cured of irritable bowel syndrome. I was sick for 4 years, tried many treatments, and could not cure myself. I was helped by the method of doctor Datis Kharrazian, which I read about in the blog "How I Cured My Irritable Bowel Syndrome by Brandon Pearce" He was also sick for a long time and was able to cure himself thanks to this method. The idea is that people with IBS have an ill vagus nerve and it needs to be stimulated for a while to get back to normal. The method consists of stimulating the base of the tongue by pressing the back side of the toothbrush and causing the urge to vomit (but only the urge, vomiting is unnecessary, just a few tears came out). Usually 2-3 touches per time and doing it more often. I did every hour and in 2 weeks the diarrhea and bloating went away. You can google the blog "How I Cured My Irritable Bowel Syndrome by Brandon Pearce" for more information. Or Dr. Datis Kharrazian Also, BPC 157 helped me a lot with my ulcers. I am not a doctor and can't give you advice on treating yourself, but it saved my life and I hope it helps you too.
