Hi I have question. Because the one we have in shop it shows up on atrium finder when you plugged in straight to panel and if the panel plugged to the network switch. But when you tried to access it says site can't be reach I even put the panel DHCP and even tried manual ip and set my ip to same range as the panel. Can you please advice how to trouble shoot this please and thank you!

As these are network devices is it possible to connect them to a separate POE switch if it will minimise cable runs?

Do any of the Dahua cameras have the ability to receive POS data directly to the camera via TCP/UDP and overlay the data onto the image? We are heavily invested into a different brand NVR that doesn’t have a POS integration module.

Can these be plugged directly into a Poe nvr to power them ?

Hi, my question, can I connect the PoE switch DH-PFS4218-16GT-190 to another PoE switch DH-PFS3006-4ET-36 to get a possibilité to connect 16 cameras to this 2 PoE switchs. Thank you for help

I have set this camera up but cant get the auto tracking to work at all even though the settings says it has it....has it got auto tracking?

Do you have any videos on setting up auto tracking but have a redwall or NVR switch to a preset then it track from there?

This is a good video thanks. Is there a way to make the cameras on the PoE switch use the same private subnet as the cameras on the NVR? That might be better from a security point of view, because it would keep the cameras off the main network.

I read on a few forums that this model had issues with focusing due to the dome. as for the other PTZ models don't have a dome. What are your thoughts? Oh and how much does this model cost in CAD$ Thanks Mate☺👍👍👍

Hey Guys, I'm building out an updated solution to a three story high risk building where an automatic response to a threat is needed. Currently the building has four access points, two of which are off line so the foot traffic is concentrated to two doors. I was going to start with one FR camera, but understand that it has to be uniquely positioned for maximum effectiveness. I've been tossing around providing two cameras with FR starting with one, or using other cameras such as thermal or TiOC as there are also other needs such as detecting smoking. The clientele are people with mental health and addiction issues. I'm am trying to figure out in some marking materials the difference between face capture, facial detection and face recognition. Does Dahua have an overview somewhere? I know they are updating the information of facial recognition as it is a sensitive subject. I just need to figure out what is best, NVR or Camera with facial recognition abilities.

Hi I own a Dahua System , with TioC's. I currently have an NVR but am I also able to access the Dahua system/setup page via the internet on a seperate PC thats not connected to the NVR? Cheers

Very good tutorial. But I have a problem. I could not see the "Disarm" button in my App DMSS. The App only shows my NVR with live view of the camera. Yours seem to be individual Camera setup. How to activate it?

Thankyou for the concise video. Question:, how is setup for these via RS232 plug to an NVR? I saw as you changed through 'type' and there was some options for RS232. My NVR52-16P-I has options for 'Keyboard', 'Net keyboard' and 'PTZ Matrix' (among other things) on the RS232 port. My thinking is to utilise the RS232 port since I already have a way to connect it into my office, and that saves running another ethernet cable.

first of all thanks for the video , right now I buy this cámara , I am trying to watch the live video but I can't because says I need a plugin , I did It and I tried to open It whit Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Moon , I can watch the image ,what can I do ?? a part from that , I connected the camera to DVR (BNC) and cables RS485 , I can watch the image but can't acces the camera settins , only can move It right ,left ,Up and dawn , I am using DH SD -1 like a protocole , what is wrang ??? thanks a lot 😅

Hi, really inpresive lock, can you just tell me how it works on doors where the handle needs to be pushed up to engage a full lock mode as such.

do you have a schematic on how this would look? I have installed this kit recently and would like to have this function. Does it matter if the IP addresses on the intercom and NVR are different? Also what does the SOS function actually do? Thanks
