If your taking about the ult then u built it up and it transfers from hunt to hunt unless you use it

Not sure exactly the timing for rising tide but it does proc as time decreases. I've had multiple instance it proc in a single hunt. It adds more dps when it procs and your special skill can be activated

But if you are bummed out because other people has the financial capacity to spend in the game then prolly this game is trash for you. The number of F2P & light spenders (ex. battle pass) out numbers the actual number of whales. Currently we are the immortals in our SEA server Zann Esu and we only have few whales in our alliance. So the game being a trash one of the opinions of the few. Of course, nobody can please everyone. cheers!
