VA Home Loans - What is a VA Loan?
This video was created to help educate home buyers on the VA mortgage. Hopefully this gives you some helpful insight. if you are interested seeing if you qualify for a VA loan you can go to www.acremortgage.com and complete a loan application.

You can check your entitlement and what the VA will guarantee to a lender by clicking on the link below and filling in some basic information. This is important if you have used the VA loan before and have defaulted on a VA loan or if you currently have a VA home loan, but want to use your VA eligibility for another home.

Shouldn't you put in the location of the property? or at least the general vicinity?
One more thing, can you make a video that enplanes add on's in a rate sheet? What is subtracted from the yield, what is added to the rate (i.e. .125 and -.125) Is the .125 added or subtracted to the rate or is it deducted from yield as the -.125?
If it's a mortgage company are the lender's underwriting and funding fee included in with the mortgage company fees on line one on page 2?
