Hey Collin, I've probably mentioned this at least 2 times before in comments, but I feel like you were a much better bargainer before. I mean perhaps your skills are very much still there, and I believe that to be the case, but it seems like you aren't holding your initial price the way that you held it in this video. Being a longtime fan, I know this video is from well before 2 years ago, so perhaps you haven't noticed the shift since it's been such a long time for you. I wish you could take a look at 2 similar category items, one from your older videos and one from your newer ones, and compare your bargaining techniques. I feel like the appeal of your videos to me was always the fact that you wouldn't let vendors in other countries take advantage of tourists, although in some of your videos you weren't a tourist, the idea still applies. Despite all that, I am very much aware that you are a generous person and love to help out the locals by purchasing things that you are generally going to donate anyways, or give away in giveaways and such. I feel like a tipping system could potentially work, or something along the lines of a donation. I just feel like being generous in the bargain, in a vlog about bargaining is counterproductive to the initial encounter. Maybe you don't think you're overpaying at all, idk...
