Many thanks for your review, could easily follow the subtitles. Due to have a fitting in next weeks with my local pro to replace my G Series 3 & 4 hybrids (Ping Alta Stiff 70), 3 Wood (Ping Alta Stiff 55) and G Series SF Tec Driver (Ping Alta Stiff 55). Already replaced my Ping G25 irons and Gorge wedges with Ping i525’s (KBS120 stiff shafts) and Ping Glide 4.0s and can already see a difference with the new Technology. Will be interesting to see now that I’m approaching 60 years old with a driver swing speed of 93 - 96mph whether stiff shafts are still suitable, and which G430 head suits (I’m a fader with my driver).

I learned more about recent Taylormade drivers from this video than from the other 100 or so I have watched. I really, really enjoyed it!

Thanks but. I consider that 1/2 a lesson , because you didnt prove the theory of the trackman and you didnt verify the faster hip rotation during the last set( it looked like her hips slowed back down). So then you need to demonstrate with a trampoline how much higher the ball would go if you hit on center. a club driving machine setup with a trackman would also prove the point of the trampoline effect and improved distance! over all a good video!

learned something from staring at nothing but her hips……for once. That initial hip turn back vs. the full rotation forward. Good camera angle, gonna try and copy that as best I can.. seeing as I don’t have near the same flexibility.

"Pat Dempsey won the Long Driver World Championship Senior Division FOUR times and a Long Drive Hall of Fame legend." it's been shown experimentally that the best place to hit a ball with a driver is off-center, slightly out towards the toe and high above the center. The center of mass & momentum isn't in the center of the face... For a driver the best launch angle and the best spin aren't obtained with impact at the center of the face. Especially with newer gear with broader sweet-spots. For irons it's slightly inside of center. Of course the CM can be moved around with customization but still you can't grind the face of a driver and likewise it's pretty hard to grind the face of an iron. He may have won the Senior Division 4 times but that is because his approach to ball-striking is similarly archaic.
