As the owner of both an M5 Max and the G3 Pro i would have gladly bought one of these G4 scooters - if Kukirin hadn't screwed me over on a warranty issue with my G3 Pro.. Sadly their customer service is non existent and if you have any sort of warranty claim they first gaslight you then totally ignore you. The controller on my G3 Pro burnt out after only 55 miles whilst it was on charge, when i tried to contact then they basically all pointed me towards someone else. When i eventually got someone who did engage with me via emails they asked me for several videos - which i sent of the burnt controller that i had to remove myself. They then simply ignored me, their phone number is not ever picked up, the customer service is totally non existent, they don't honor any sort of warranty - it really pissed me off. Now they will sell you spares on their website, so i simply gave up emailing and waiting and ordered a new controller, but i shouldn't have had to, the scooter was only 6 months old and had only covered 55 miles in total. The controller arrived in about 4 weeks after i paid for it - when i should not have had to. So my advice is if you want no warranty or customer support at all other then being able to order spares online that you pay for and fit yourself then go with Kukirin - but my experience of their customer service is frankly non existent and after spending a total of £2350 on two Kukirin Scooters i cannot risk throwing another £2400 on a scooter they wont support. In fact writing out this story again pisses me off even thinking about it The £100 they stung and saved by ignoring me for the controller has cost them another sale, i was a repeat customer, never again out of principle would i buy Kukirin

But what worries me is that on the official website, as well as in other private shops that sell accessories and spare parts online, I can't find anything that could be useful for this KUKIRIN G 2 MASTER.
