Do you ultimately prefer Quest 3 over 2 for IB cricket (I'm guessing despite the lesser controller connectivity)? Saw the old vid where you mention transitioning back to Quest 2 due to the connectivity issues. Couldn't find a vid signaling your solid return back to the 3 (/ abandoning that plan) - it seems like you're heavily preferring it though.

Funny that there's still no foot tracking for the Quest. I would think that all it needs is a mirror, so the cameras get a clear view of your feet, but I guess they will come up with a much more expensive solution😂

How do u get the game

Unfortunately, Ik this is a game still, but it doesn’t have a chance to be like the real experience with badminton in real life. In real life you move more, you do crazy shots and the thrill here doesn’t exist like irl. Full body IK and better physics as well as full movement and MR would make this game from a 3/10 to a 7/10. Knowing how technology’s advanced so much in these years, it would be foolish not to implement these new tech inside the game.

There must be a way to calibrate that pool cue? If it worked, I have a nice maple pool cue, I could print the attachment. I don't like not having a table underneath me, but I guess I could use any table. I wish they made a snooker game, prefer playing that. As snooker is huge in China now, its one of the most popular sports, so I'm surprised it isn't in VR.

Hi Mate, nice work! Just wondering if the VR cricket help your batting when you play your cricket outdoors. You are facing 90+ mph in VR, did it improved your hand eye co-ordination, footwork etc?

I find putting feels more realistic on pro greens. If it feels too fast, there's an adjustment in the global settings. I love this course, can get around in +3 on pro. I got a bit addicted to this game, but have gone back to playing only table tennis, as it keeps me fit. Hope they add more British and European courses, I'm bored of most of the American ones, they don't do it for me. 2v2 scramble is great fun, but not many pro players in my UK time zone.

I'd rather go and play tennis outdoors. As well as the issues you mentioned, it looks so strange plying in VR outdoors. Maybe that will change one day, but how often do you see people playing in VR outdoors?

We need full matches where the player can field and bowl in this game. Great game but lots of flaws too

One thing they’ve gotta fix is unrealistic fielding. Sometimes the fielders teleport to the ball, and I’m sick of playing a perfect straight drive only for the bowler to kick the ball 💀💀
