Well…..this is a difficult question to answer. In general, the YAMAHA ACP2 is designed for eliminating directional reflection and the stand wave in the room. The panel doesn’t absorb the energy of speaker but just transfer to a good resonance. Traditional wood diffuser usually has its own sound because the heavy wood would absorb the mid-range energy but selectively diffuse the others. When you apply many traditional wood diffusers, the sound becomes very weird. YAMAHA ACP has no this kind of problem. You may put one in every the first reflection region. 80Hz to 4kHz is it’s working range.
