What you pulled out was the brew unit not the grinder the brew unit needs to be cleaned at least once every two weeks regardless of how often you use it you have to clean the inside as well. The amount of gunk that you have built up in yours it looks like you’ve never cleaned it beforewhat we all want to know is how you clean the actual grinder that the coffee beans go into through the port in the top of the machine please rename this video to how to remove the brew unit.

Bad quality. Plastic parts that crack, rubber seal that breaks, no pyrolitic cleaning (Eco Clean is a scam). Almost all household appliances nowadays are made to break within 2-3 years, just after the warranty expires, but some even earlier. And, BEWARE, Bosh does not cover cracked parts under the warranty, despite being their fault for this awful product

Die neueren B2 sind wohl durch ein Loch in der Kolbendichtungsschraube gedrosselt. Ersetzt man diese oder "verstopft" bzw verschließt das Loch, hat man die volle Leistung des China-Krachers.
