Yeah, if my ex had taken this on board she wouldn't be my ex. She was truly loved, but after years of a constant barrage of small belittlements and nagging it was death from a thousand cuts. There was never any big blowout. It just seemed like she needed to be with whoever that guy was she was complaining I wasn't. Until there was nothing left. So I left. Her surprise when told I was leaving was the biggest surprise. To this day I'm baffled by her complete lack of self awareness.

We don't make it about us. When she gets us butterflies and happy feelings, we make it where she's our princess. We put her in the family first, but the woman is always putting herself. You diminish Eve and all women but minimizing their concerns in their marriage to “nagging.” You’re not a feminist, that’s clear; you’re the opposite-you hate women. You want to be above what you think makes you a better woman, and that is quieting yourself for your husband. It’s not for God, your husband is not God. I pray for you and for you to get closer to the real god, and not your privileged-silver spoon fed husband.

Grant, i know this feeling all to well.. I had horrible anxiety for 15 years. Many people have this when you talk about it and get it out in the open. I was raped 3 times in my teenage years and due to this i got a lot of problems. My therapist wanted me on drugs, i said no many times. Christian counseling sounds so much better. Just recently Jesus is healing me and taking of my chains! Jesus is our healer ❤

My husband and me got separated. I just want to ask if you could pray for our marriage. I know that prayer works.

This was so wonderful! You are so wise beyond your years to be a newlywed! What a little doll you are! I've been married to my husband 36 years next month and I have the same story as your friend. I found God before my husband did and with lots of earnest prayer from my friends and constant praying myself and just being a godly example to him by being patient and and loving, he is now a beautiful godly man and our marriage is wonderful!

what’s scary is if someone is in an unhealthy relationship they are being told to not talk about it except to God first - pray harder- respect and obey harder.
