In Part 8 of this E30 325i restoration series I replace the original steering wheel with a Renown 130R leather with motorsport stitch.
The old wheel was showing signs of wear and did not look very sporty. I always preferred an M-Tech wheel but those are becoming hard to come by. The Renown is an affordable alternative to the mtech that still looks period-correct and is a nice upgrade to the interior. I also used the Renown hub. Other brands such as MOMO and OMP have similar design wheels, but don't offer the M color stitching.
