Shut up talking through the clip. I viewed an older clip that did not have someone talking all through it and fell in love with this property. I would change some of the color choices and re-purpose 1 or 2 rooms but it is my dream house.

I lived on Blyth while I was in grade 8. Beautiful neighbourhood. A lot of homes have a very steep drop down to the Credit. I’m 60 now. Things have changed a lot.

A trick McMansion builders use is lots of roof gables. It makes a small footprint look more impressive yet adds significantly to the price.

Why in God's name was this massive house torn down? If someone wanted to make it single family, surely they could have just remodelled inside a bit? What a waste to just take a wrecking ball to it. So sick of the destruction that's happening to the area. Everything is replaced by sterile, hideous grey boxes

Wow I love this . I have been on line looking for a wish list of homes I like , this is tops . But I really bet would take a good part of a lotto win . But anything with a elevator, I feel is expensive, as disabled an elevator now is a must . And not wanting to live in apartment. This Is like my own castle… with as much green space as needed and fishing in your own back yard . The wild life must be amazing as well .

Pretty house. But it is too bad that GTA listings always have these artfully edited videos so you can hardly tell how anything in the house fits together. An actual walk through would be so much more useful, or a 3D Matterport tour

I love this home/ estate, it has so much to offer and then some, its beautiful inside and out, so peaceful and serene looking as well as many amenities and options to keep you entertained and active, the grounds are spectacular and the views at night no doubt breathtaking, this is my dream home and city and i claim it in jesus name.

I think I turned 90 watching this. That house is horrendously ugly and depressing. Golf? How dated and unattractive. How common. I'd have to have it torn down and bring in Germans to build me a Huf Haus.
