Hops are in the family's DNA - the great-grandparents of sibling-owners Patrick Smith, Meghann Quinn, and Kevin Smith first planted hops in the Yakima Valley in 1932, the year before Prohibition ended. We partnered with local farm to table restaurant, Crafted Yakima, to host this 200 person dinner in the middle of hop field #1, the first hop field of our family hop farm, Loftus Ranches. Drinking a Field 41 as I’m watching this and wow great job guys, This beer totally has that fresh hop smell and taste you were talking about without being bitter. Overall 👍👍 and I live in walla walla so mad respect to locals doing it right in the PNW!
