They are available at most all large retailers like Walmart, Target, etc. I got mine from Costco, but I have seen them still at the LEGO store too. They could be sold out. I try to buy them in October before there is a rush.

I have a heavily modified version of 31134 as well, but I like it to have mobility, that’s why i don’t typically add sick stuff like what you did

Yes, the Calendar was very heavy in ships, but light on minifigures. I feel al the calendars this year were not that impressive. I will have to do a comparison of the ones I have opened over the years.
