Hello, I don't want to spoil your enjoyment of the game, but although there are a lot of setting options, the actual impact on the character is, as far as I can see, not very great. There seems to be a certain standard scheme, but you can only change it minimally (see Origin China). A character editor that is really extremely extensive, in which the entire body and face can be customized with bone structures, tattoos, hairstyles, hair colors, skin colors, etc., would be in the game Black Desert, for example. The thematic background is different, but you can also create European, Asian, etc. characters there.
Just because my character has Asian characteristics doesn't mean that's the only option. If you can't see the face being adjusted that may be because it's 4x speed. Since the game is subscription based the hair colours are an option in the game after customisation (you start with dark hair). This is not a game like Black Desert for example, as you can see it's a Chinese style MMO so comparing the two is not really a good comparison. Tattoos absolutely do not fit in here however face marks and face paintings are available. So before you comment you should look more closely or try it.
I didn't even know this game existed 10 minutes ago and now I'm sad I can't play it My computer probably couldn't handle the graphics anyway This game does remind me of the game they played in this old show on Netflix called Love O2O and I wonder if the games are similar at all
The game is based on Jade Dynasty, a Chinese novel. They also have an animated show called Jade Dynasty. I recommend checking that out if you are into the lore of it all!
how did u get access? are u chinese?
You need to register with a (Chinese) phone number, Chinese full name + ID. The payment method for subscription is Wechat payment or Alipay. Alipay is quite easy to set up with any Creditcard acknowledged by China.
Im struggling to find pc performance benchmark of this game, does anyone know if someone actually has done it?
It was a first CN closed beta test, I doubt any benchmark right now is reliable and reflective of what the official release will be
