​@@jcsmarts6991you can try to checkout ur guestcard first, then issue again, then tap to ur doorlock, sometimes it cant work

@@ContentCrane-qo3ii this is just one update, it should have no relate to guest card, update function is just to unblock the time limitation . but if you are not using our 0296/2990 encoder, some times it might not work.

Windows 7 might be a bit different on interface , but should be more easier since user have higher control on system

Sound can be turned off , if your locks are our new chip. if not, you may remove the beeper on the lock PCB

It is a simple ID lock, use a master card to add more users , simply swip master card, then swip user card

This requires a Public door lock Specially order from Factory

you can download from the website, but not suggest since this also match to the encoder (hardware)

After reinstall , the lock system is change, you will need to set the locks again , turn steel key to hear a beep before using new system card.

@@FrancisMutua This system have 2 types of card support, one is Termic, one is Mifare. so, it will depends on which one you had buy at the first place

Jhon Zumaeta no , This is just an RFID lock that use IC card, 125KHZ Termic or 13.56MHz Mifare classic . NFC on cell phone are not support yet

劳Jaccy, so in this demo, you use a 125kHz card or 13.56Mhz card? Maybe with higher frequencies use other lock metallic structure or use the same?

In this video using a 125Khz IC card. we also have 13.56(mifare M1 S50) chip as option

it is quite a simple install step, and since kivos not making this model anymore, we currently dont have any plan to add voice guide about it yet. sorry for your trouble
