Found this video on my phone and thought I'd share it. Katie and I took the prototype XTD mini out on a weekend getaway up the Nabesna mining road.
Are you guys still in business? The phone number on your website is disconnected. I would like to purchase your propane heater, but I will not make such a big purchase without speaking to someone on the phone.
Do you have the AC unit and heat in this trailer as well ? I love the way you guys build it out in the big red package of 2022

In a real SHTF scenario, reliance on Fossil Fuels won't work after a week or two. Armageddon package needs to beef up solar/electric everything

This thing is awesome, I just wish it was not made out of wood unfortunately, I just don’t trust any off-road trailer made out of wood as far as longevity goes too much of a chance for it to abs, condensation, or fall apart. I wish you guys made it out of more modern materials like composites. Otherwise, this thing would’ve been on my shortlist.

Armageddon model should have bulletproof walls!!! I love it btw. I have seen probably hundreds of campers by now (filming for 10 years) and Valiant trailers are on my short list for sure. Your extra tall model was what attracted me to your campers and now this model for preppers lol. Keep up the great work.
So true, AR550 wall panels and gun ports should be standard. If DARPA would sell us that sweet impact gel we could probably keep the weight down!

For dbl the price, how are these units better than the Canadian company planar diesel heaters? Both have thermostats with air in and out and both come in a weather proof case. Planar heaters sell for half the price and being much much smaller in size offer easier stow away and placement ability. Don’t mean to come off a hater, your product is awesome but how are they over 1000 dollars better than a very tried and true planar? I just don’t see it.
The 15 was cool, but it belongs inside! Of course ya need Gage, hs's about 12. 1 once of lead Vs bear!

The heaviest model Trailer available, can a 2021 4runner ( both engine and transmission) tow that trailer up hill? That is Tow uphill without burning out either?

Indeed, this looks like the ultimate propane tent heater! The case looks super high quality, and the price is fair. -I use a Zodi Hot Vent Tent Heater for my minivan. For my propane heater, the length of the duct makes a huge difference in the heater performance. A shorter duct works much much better.

Dry weight for the one in the video is 2600 lbs and tongue weight is 225 lbs

Price out the components, add in the proper wages for craftsmen, tradesmen, add a profit margin of 20-30%; you're there. That Dometic fridge and those Arctic Tern windows are $2k +.
There’s not, maybe $8k. But sales has never been about costs, it’s about what the market will pay and $45k puts this camper in the middle ground.

If the battery stays in the pouch on the interior will the heat from the heater keep the box warm enough on the inside.

Dude, a flip out, drop down carrier for the powered cooler in the kitchen area that would float the cooler in the open space above the counter top would be epic and would completely free up the front storage box.

the Armageddon package doesn't have a woodstove anymore? the website makes no mention of one, i swear it did at one point.. maybe it was talked about, just kicking the idea around, maybe it was on the website,....just curious. i do like that new shower hook up option, pretty slick.
Yes, the woodstove was part of the original idea! He had to pull it, because he couldn't find a proper size that wouldn't cook you out! I was disappointed also! Thought what a great idea! Sure you could put another backup heater! I was considering the Dickinson Marine Newport propane heater! Awesome efficient system!✌️
Maybe a DIY install via silicone boot that you can cut to whatever size stove pipe you're running.

Another idea for "Dry caming." Front tongue box, perhaps a slightly taller one and install a upgrade option where the fridge is still up front, but on a slide out shelf. Underneath that, a 30 to 40 gallon fresh water tank on the bottom of that slightly taller box. I was thinking this would be a food option for those that want to extend their stay out where there is no water source to filter, or for those that wish to extend their stay or shower regularly. At 8lbs a gallon, and 40 gallons, that would be an additional 320lbs.

Already planning on it. We're partnering with Total Composites out of BC, they have some kits that will fit a tundra. I've got a 2021 CrewMax we're planning on doing a flatbed camper conversion on.

They left out an AC unit! I told them they're going to come back in 2 weeks and ask us to put one in. Really it's going to be a fall / winter rig for them when they're here skiing.
