Cluuuuuutttttchhhhhh! Great vid man! Crazy how ebay has this now
I know..can’t believe I didn’t realize it sooner. Glad the info was helpful!
Fantastic video. Earned my sub with this tutorial. Thank you.
Glad the info was helpful, thanks for the view and the sub!
You should use AI to do this 10:12
Yeah I did it a few times with ChatGPT. It’s so so in sport stats but did give some results.
I been looking for a scanner myself for a while. Since this video have you changed to a different scanner?
Nice! I still have this one. For just starting out it’s a good little scanner. Eventually I do wanna try a higher end model Fujitsu but this one works good for now. Good luck and let me know what you choose.
Cheers man 👊
Thanks
I delisted my eBay store back in October . Half my sales was shipping and fees . I was probably doing something wrong . I also was in the mindset I could make a living selling 3$ cards . I do need to get cards graded . Never did that before
Yeah the eBay fees have become crazy. Tough because the platform still has the most traffic.
Thank you so much for showing this! I've been selling on eBay since 1996 (yes, I'm old) and have only listed single item at a time. Can't wait to try this out this weekend! Love your content!
Awesome! Glad the info was helpful. Appreciate the support.
I think you need a eBay store to bulk list/edit, you should mention that 1st!
@@KingerK9GSD if you’re on mobile the feature might not be on there
I go to the classic version on my phone, not the app, and there is no create listing tab. There is a tab for list an item, but no bulking option. Why does your eBay offer that option and mine doesn’t lol?
@@KingerK9GSD I don’t think it’s on mobile
There's a tab on my phone. Do you have seller hub? 1. Navigate to the Seller Hub Listings page and select the blue “Create listings” button. 2. Then, select “Multiple listings from photos” in the drop-down menu. No big loss anyway if you can't access it on your phone. It's a real pain in the butt to navigate.
Just left USPS to drop off some pwe.. usps lady said usps is in a major lawsuit against eBay and starting Jan 2 will not be accepting pwe anymore... Have you heard anything about this?
I haven’t heard anything..it doesn’t sound accurate. Is quick search and I don’t see anything related to this.
This is awesome, been following your previous video guide and it has made listing cards on eBay a breeze. Since I use my phone instead of a scanner already, I will have to give this a shot as well, thank you!
Glad the information has been helpful! I’m not certain, but the “list from photos” tool might not be available on mobile so you’d have to transfer the photos to desktop unfortunately. Thanks for watching!
That Pens sweater is a beauty.
Haha thanks. Got that what feels like a million years ago but have held onto it.
Woah, I didn't know about this at all. Definitely gonna explore this feature.
Glad the info was helpful. Thanks for watching.
This is amazing! How is it eBay didn’t blast this info out to card sellers blows my mind. Anyway, thanks for this.
I know seriously. They probably had it in one of their monthly emails that talks about new features/updates, but most people (like me) just skim through those. It’s been a game changer so far for sure. Glad the info was helpful.
Dude….thanks 🎉
Glad the video was helpful. Thanks for watching!
@@CardZooSportsCards Yeah two things, photos were buggy when I tried to mass crop them and you better know your prices before you list. One of the best part about listing one card at a time is the research on each card before you piggy back off another listing.
Is this available using the app?
I'm not 100% sure but I just looked on it and when I go to "List an Item" I'm not seeing anything to allow me to list from photos..might just be a desktop feature.
@@CardZooSportsCardsyou need a store, isn’t offered on desktop w/o an eBay store.
I was your 2k subscriber!
Thank you!!
Did ebay remove the discount for ground "advantage?" I swear that I used to have the option to send cards over $20 in a small bubble mailer w/ first class + tracking for less...
That’s a good question. I think they had a discount for first class but then that was replaced by Ground Advantage if I recall correctly. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s much of a discount if any with GA.
New to your channel. Really found the info helpful. Like you I've been doing this about a year now. Thank you for the tips!
@@damon5675 very nice! Glad the information is helpful. Appreciate the support. Good luck on the journey!
I’ve been on eBay selling since 2009, mostly reselling collectibles. I recently started collecting sports about 2 years now. I was bit by the pack ripping god, but now I’m over it and want to sell it all. I’ve got a bunch of blasters boxes from different brands and some cards I have been sleeved, nothing sold all cards are either in the blasters or sleeved. It’s too much to list and I’d like to sell it all,but shipping would be a nightmare. I’ve got wemby othani and others. Where should I list to get rid of it all?? Autos, numbered cards, case hits, sp, parallels etc I’m in Tennessee any info or suggestions would be great. There is some value there, but not thousands worth lol.
Nice. If you want to sell and don’t want to list/ship then maybe try Facebook marketplace. People understand that buying on FB marketplace, that it’s usually not shipped, so they’ll come pick it up at your house or wherever the collection is. Good luck!
@@CardZooSportsCards thanks for your reply. I thought about listing the “good cards” and shipping, then I will be stuck with the rest of the bulk. When I ripping I was only looking for a few players, so there could be other cards in the blasters that have value and I didn’t know lol. I’ve tired to sell other items locally and end up on eBay because? Didn’t know if maybe there was a cards site or community page I could post on? Sry don’t mean to ramble on, just new to the card community.
@ I don’t know of any off the top of my head. You’d probably have the best luck on Facebook. You can sell direct to consumer or there’s probably a ton of pages you could post on, you just need to find them. Good luck.
I’ve never thought about using one dollar cards on auction to attract store customers and traffic. That’s a great idea. We need more videos from you.
Ah you’re too kind. It doesn’t help get me as many followers as I’d like (also haven’t been as consistent as I want), but it’s definitely given me a revenue boost. Hope your biz is going well! Thanks for the support.
I list postcards this exact same way. Can do around 50-60hr
Nice. I’ve never actually timed how many I can do in an hour..now I’m curious!
Hi new subscriber! I’m new to selling low end hockey cards on eBay like I started listing 3 days ago have 20-25 listings I’ve sold one so far, I’m not getting discouraged or anything but would you be able to do a video showing what low end hockey cards sell the most for you? (Series, player, year etc) I think that would help me and others greatly. Thank you
Hey thanks for watching and for the sub. I did a video about some low end cards Is Selling Low End Sports Cards Worth It? #sportscards #sportscardinvesting #sportscardsflipping ruclips.net/video/6PqTPC62g7U/видео.html. It depends..cards usually right after the product release do ok because people are set building (I sold some low end 24-25 MVP recently). The low end AHL sticker autos do okay because they are unique and collectors want them. They won’t sell fast but will eventually. The GOATs usually sell (Gretzky). McDavid does okay too but hasn’t been flying lately. Lots of factors come into play. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching.
Great info thanks
Thanks for watching!

Currently trying to make a side hustle out of selling low end sports cards but find it hard to justify paying over $30 a month just to basically get more listings. I get its not too much. But some weeks I only make 5 sales. Is it worth it?
“Is it worth it?” Is something every seller has to decide for themselves. Selling sports cards is a lot of work. Often the work to run the business - especially if you’re primarily selling low end cards - outweighs the gains in that profit margins are low for the effort required to buy, list, store, sell, retrieve, pack and ship just 1 card. Of course there’s different tiers of card value (I.e., mid end cards, high end) that some sellers sell, but selling sports cards is never a guaranteed way to make money. But to some sellers, and for myself, it is worth it - not just from the small, and yes sometimes large, financial gains, but by the fact that I absolutely love it. I love running my own business. I love the cards, everything about them. I love handling them, opening them, storing them, learning about them. If you don’t really love sports cards but want a “side hustle”, I’m not sure I’d recommend getting into this business to anyone in that category. In any side hustle/main hustle, if you don’t enjoy it, why do it? Good luck and thanks for watching!
Most of my sales recently have been football cards. So I've been uploading lots of football 😄🏈
@@antoniog4671 football has been king. I’ve been moving some hockey. Baseball and basketball not selling much. Baseball will pick up next year though. Thanks for watching..
@CardZooSportsCards of course, thank you for all the great tips and insight 🙏
I enjoy these videos a lot. Keep em coming. Not really into hockey cards but its awesome to hear about that side of the hobby. I mostly have baseball and football cards 😁
Nice. Glad you like them and appreciate you watching. Football was selling good there when the season started!
If you use a team bag, don't use the painter's tape. There's no reason for it. Turn the top loader upside-down in the team bag and seal it. This way, the bottom of the team bag sits up against the opening of the top loader, ensuring the card doesn't come out. An invoice is nice if you are buying the same card from different sellers. Just yesterday I received two of the same card from two different sellers. I had to use the eBay standard envelope tracking numbers to figure out who sent what. Also, semi-rigids offer more than enough protection for sending a card eBay standard envelope. I buy Pokémon cards from Japanese sellers all the time. I've never received one in a top loader. I've never received a damaged card from Japan. If a card can make it unscathed all the way from Japan without a top loader, why use them? Because buyers here expect them. Too many people think if you don't ship in a top loader, you are a terrible seller.
Great tips, thanks for watching. I’ve contemplated the semi rigids over the toploaders, not opposed to them but never really made the switch because I still have a good chunk of toploaders on hand from a bulk purchase. May take a look at semi rigids before the next supply purchase and compare cost.
I got mark stone PSA 9 auto I gotta sell before he get hurt again
Nice
Thank you for this video. I was curious because I bought a collectable card (anime, not sports) that arrived from Switzerland, and they clearly used the plain envelope with the stamp, so I thought I could just do the same when selling my duplicates of the same kind of card. But this helps me realize it's more complicated than that.
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching!
This was a good video. I just started getting back into collecting cards but first wife said I have to many of my childhood. I would have to agree I have a lot so my deal is sell what I have to buy more cards hahaha. The issue I'm having is finding out the price for every single one. I have about 5 boxes of 5000 cards that's going to take me a long time to check each card. I know there are current apps you can scan your card and get some kind of idea I was thinking of going off that and see how that goes.. it's a lot of hard work plus I have little time since I have a family and full time job. Plus then finding a not so expensive scanner ... I love the hobby and the thrill of finding a good card. I need to check out your other videos to see your process. Keep up the great work.
Thanks glad the video was helpful. Pricing can be tough. Best to just search the card in eBay and see what it recently sold for when you are getting ready to list it. Bet that will be fun going through those boxes! Good luck and hope my other videos will help.
This was a great video. For me I have passed down box's from family members plus auctions. I just came into 3 5000 count boxes of cards and 8 other boxes different sizes full of cards. Most of them from the junk era but found HOF in them. Rows of upper deck cards almost full set and sorted by number. Trust me once you start collecting it gets out of hand so my plan hopefully is to sell cards for the first time on ebay. We will see how that goes.
Nice. That’ll be fun to go through those collections. Good luck! Thanks for watching.

What sport sells best? Thankyou tim
Hey thanks for the question and for the eBay purchase! Depends on a zillion factors (time of year, player performance, etc.). Football has sold well last couple months. Baseball did ok earlier in the year. Just depends.
Thank you for your content! I started selling mainly low-end sports cards this month and your channel has been invaluable to me!
Good to hear! Glad the info is helpful. Hit me with any questions along the way. Good luck!

100%. Hope it’s been going well for you. Hit me with any questions you have along the way!
nice cards i to show off my card collection on youtube and im your newest subscriber
Thanks! Appreciate the sub.
Do you have any information or direction you can send me to figure out how to do the accounting of these zillions of cards that I own and are selling?
Congrats on the good sales! Have a few tips here. ruclips.net/video/-VSxyVXPFNk/видео.htmlsi=02Y-IKGM7Ay4VQ18. Everyone does it differently and finds out what works for them. Thanks for watching..
Use a top loader, then wrap with construction paper for thick cards. It helps with evening out the edges.
Good call. Still trying to figure out how to approach it with all the suggestions I’ve received. Thanks for the input.
Opinion for whatnot? I'm new to selling cards. I have my cards from PC to sell. I don't see much profit on ebay.
Haven’t used it myself. I hear some are very successful and some not on it. I think you need a big following to really make money at it based on what I’ve heard. Gotta start somewhere though. Good luck!
I started adding the additional shipping option as well. For my listings, eBay standard envelope is free, but buyers can pay the calculated rate to “upgrade” their shipping to USPS Ground Advantage.
Nice. Anyone actually pay for the upgrade? Haven’t had any takers on that option in my store yet.
@@CardZooSportsCards No I have not had anyone upgrade their shipping yet, but I’ve only been offering it for a couple weeks.
I’ve been doing mine for a while and no takers on it yet.
Have y'all used the 'list multiple sports cards by photo' on eBay? So far I love it. I had an old store so I had no idea it existed!
Ultimately coupons save you when part of your business plan is to lose money to get ppl into your store. A buy 3 get 25% off coupon would turn that one card loss into a 3 card small profit.
Are you calling eBay standard envelope shipping plain white envelope? You cannot send jersey cards using eBay standard envelope. Even if the envelope is less than 1/4 inch thick, it has to be flexible. Envelopes that aren't flexible have to be shipped Ground Advantage. Every time your envelope makes a stop at a USPS processing facility, it is machine sorted. The barcode on the eBay standard envelope is in the Intelligent Mail barcode format. It cannot be read with a hand scanner. It can only be read with the barcode reader found in the automatic sorter. If the envelope cannot go through the automatic sorter, it will not have tracking.
I buy frequently through eBay and have been sent Jersey cards, lots, and even packs through pwe. As a seller I wouldn’t do it but some people do.
I use Armalope envelopes for those slimmer game jerseys. I buy in bulk @.14 each. They will have to be shipped at the 2 oz rate. Buyers love them.
Nice! Thanks for the tip. Do you have a link to the ones you use?
