I, sir, am not hate-filled or a conspiracy theorist. But I also am unsure of this bill. You sure do say a lot without actually saying anything. You seem like the kind of person who can't be trusted. Please give the people an actual idea of what this bill is all about. Not just the "right side of history" or "do the right thing" arguments.

But you aren't giving anything of substance. You've tried to sell a used car without telling us the transmission is broken.

Can we see a common sense breakdown of this bill? And also how much has been contributed to this bill by way of lobbying from pharmaceutical companies? So far it looks as if this is a way for the state to label children in a variety of circumstances and gives guidance counselors medical authority.

im in recovery it has become my life for me there is no other. we help each other first by listening and giving time. then we get to know the person and become deeply involeved in there lives . we become part of eachother . when one of us dies or gets locked up it hurts me ,I feel it as you know addicts affect every one around them. I have listen to a lot of stories.when they tell you they love you I will touch your sole .
