I bought some DCX WoB based on a lot of reviews that they are a legit GMK contender. After a number of weeks of hard use my observation is the become super smooth and hard. I know it is all about preference, but I prefer a worn in GMK set of key caps vs. a worn DCX set. They have a very different feel. GMK feel more comfortable and "soft". Maybe they absorb switch vibration better?

you could simply use an exacto knife to trim out the silicon to individual pieces if you wanted to use parts and not others. Molding it as a single piece is probably cheaper and assembly easier. Nicest thing about this board is QMK/VIA with BT/2.4/Wired connection in a 65% gasket mount with screw in stabilizers and at least some aluminum case. Not many keyboards currently meet those requirements (especially the wireless and QMK/VIA).

The $159 is misleading on both your part and KBDfans part, since the $19.99 plate is required to add to your cart and not part of that $159. So really it is $180 which is the assembled cost minus the assembly fee

did you try flashing with qmk? i tried multiple times using the dz og60 file & it keeps downloading as a UF2 file and not a hex or bin and thats not allowing me to get the file into qmk toolbox...
