I killed them easily by ascending 2 level up on the ledge and shooting bomb arrow.. they cant even touch me..(just in case u ask. I used autobuild to place a board on the gloom to stand further from the ledge to shoot em)

Hi I’m stuck with this boss for a week already I don’t have many weapons to fight him and he always kill me. I’m new and I don’t know if I can get out of here and keep playing the game then come back and kill him can I do that please HELP

My kid loves TOTK. She does the exploring and I fight the bosses… and guess where we are at? Here! And we are not prepared. I managed to get through the gloom hands with one heart left and then phantom ganon pops out of nowhere! She’s currently out in the world finding materials.

I had to do this fight to get the master sword location with one single bomb flower So I just had to spam a fck ton of fire arrows. Also a spear works really well against Phantom Gannon cause of its range!

I didn't feel brave enough until I got all five of the Sages (my last Sage was Mineru)

When I first jumped in the Deku Tree I was waiting for a mini Dungeon OR AT LEAST For the return of Manhandla Where are the Deku babas in this version of Hyrule ?

My start against the hands were ice keese eyes + thunder keese eyes arrows (for context, took them out with 3 ice eyes and 3 thunder eyes, eyes are basically aim bot) Takes him out relatively quick. Then use a strong weapon (zoanite sword + construct IV for example) Use shield to block his forward heavy attack Time his pattern and try your best to get flurry rush Takes him out in no time. Best of luck anyone ready if you tried this start

This was the first time I stood up to the gloom hands. I sat there for an HOUR before finally beating phantom ganon

I still haven't gone down there I have a huge fear of gloom hands and I just can't bring myself to I just jump on my horse and leg it when I see them and this just strikes me with so much fear

Man when i got here, i wouldve loved if it was gohma. Making it a nice throwback to ocarina of time. But it was still a throwback nevertheless.

Wowzers, you did this _far_ earlier than I cared to! I was still 400 hours in, stuck in exploring and trying to upgrade lol. I eventually got to this - it is Epic. I love how the scene is so pure, no random Zelda Dragon roaring (like the Star Wars Chewbacca scene) until after you dismount Her , or Link heroically doing his (a tad jarring) Twilight Sword slash sequence to interrupt the Purity of the moment. Just him, holding the Sword high. Truly the best Master Sword moment since Ocarina of Time. 💫

i just stocked up on a fuck ton of arrows and then i went to the ledge and placed one of those glider things so the gloom wouldn’t get me and i peppered them with arrows

The reason why this game has horror vibes to it is because Eji Anouma was involved as producer of the game and hes known for his horror elements in Zelda Titles especially Majoras Mask and Twilight Princess which he both directed btw and Phantom Ganon in this game is beyond creepy the way her moves and lumbers as he walks and suddenly charges at u with those glowing red eyes and he does not say a single word neither.

I would have enjoyed this more if the arena wasn't so tiny

I dont get how we had to defeat Ganon in the pervious game yet magically he reappears in a locked up state after thousands of years? I'm so confused. Dont get me wrong, I love the zelda games.

It would have been a good opportunity to have fought Gohma (or a spider like boss) instead of phantom Ganon under the deku tree. Call back to OoT.

It doesn't seem like ganondorf was just sealed, He was totally destroyed this time

They really messed up by not giving Phantom Ganon the same death animation as in OoT. That would have been an epic call back.

I literally have been running for my life every time I see those hands. Then I got to the deku tree and realized what I was about to have to do 😩

Can be cheesed, I fought him a bit too early and had to, float onto ledge after diving down. Shoot the phantom hands with bomb arrows so all of them take damage simultaneously. Once dead, Ganon appears, probably below the ledge which is where hands tend to die. Fuse sleds or carts together to make a “bridge” that goes slightly off the edge. Attach laser cannon faced downward off the tip of your “bridge”. Use spear/arrows or sword (stay on the ledge, if you walk off it, Ganon sees you/teleports and it’s over) to hit the cannon as needed to blast Ganon slowly to death. Takes maybe 30-40 mins. Ultrahand to move the cannon or bridge as needed above him, he moves a little every so often. Pan camera to check where he is, you can see his shape/outline faintly below.

Finally got around to doing this today and it scared the s-- out of me seeing him.
