It’s been a long time since you asked this question... But I love “Showa Era” Mechagodzilla. As a kid, he scared the hell out of me.
And also Hedorah (Smog Monster in the U.S.) I know he’s on most people’s “top ten worst” but he gave me nightmares as a kid. In my dream, I would be playing at the school playground and he would fly over! Seeing people dropping to the ground and turning to bones! Borderline traumatized me as a child...
