So wonderful to see pastor jeff again. Forever in our heart. I found my salvation from Calvary Downey years ago, until I had moved away and it was too far to travel. I still haven't found another church that I felt more at home with or in touch with the parishioners. Or a pastor who touched my spirit like pastor Jeff. Rest in peace, pastor Jeff, and thank you for your years of service.🙏❤

I LOVE CALVARY CHAPEL DOWNEY 1979 TO 1985. I am still praying for the pastors, leadership and ministries and friends that I remember from 1981 summer camp.

Such a great word last night, I had to listen to the message again as I was just chewing on some nuggets of conviction. The Lord reminded and checked me, am I truly staying under the guidance and direction of the Lord's presence? Thank you for being a teacher of the Word, I needed to hear this!!!!!!!!

Been attending CCD love pastor Art's teaching but Wednesday night November 13 his teaching on blasphemy of the Holy Spirit wasn't according to the Bible hope it was a misstep .

Was blessed hearing Pastor Jeff Preach at Calvary Downey a man after God's own heart.❤✝️

I attended CC Downey 1995-2000 It is great to be back. I see a few faces from the past. Love pastor Art. I lived here back then. Served in single parents ministry, children’s teaching, head ushers, food ministry, Bible college etc… God used this church to help me start my journey of faith in Jesus Christ. I met my wife here in 97 while we were both in ministry. Married 24 years now. God is good.

What was his fruit while he was in ministry how many years was he in ministry, how much money did he take in each year and did he live James 1:27 Psalms 68.5 Galatians 6:2 1st Corinthians 13 Matthew 22:36 to 40 Matthew 25:31 to the end. The Golden Rule, Sermon on the Mount, Beatitudes the Lord's Prayer and the Ten Commandments and the FIRST Two Greatest Commandments. Talking it and living it are two different things.

That day, while I was on my way to church with my daughter, I was in a car accident. Thank God it wasn't anything serious, but I was nervous and decided to head back home. On the way there I thought, why would I go home if we're okay? I turned around and headed back to church. It was the best decision, we arrived just in time to be there when our pastor started preaching. He gave us an amazing message and ended the service by singing and playing guitar. Everyone in the church sang and joined him in worshiping God, it was a blessing.

Wow.......Be Full......LOL.....indeed He could......why does He use all the rigamarole (or from our perspective rigamarole)........nothing is unnecessary with Him......He is very purposeful in every detail.....

How great to live under the truth of God thru the Bible. FOR in this world .....my heart breaks.... If a message like this is so loud,,,does it make it true.
