So sorry to hear of your riding accident Janet, and totally agree most of the time we all take our health for granted . I know I do at times . Until we lose it 😔 . Thank you 🙏 for sharing . A gratitude journal is a daily must for me to keep me grateful and appreciative of my health , husband and and family and all the little things it’s so easy to take for granted . I had really bad flu a couple of years ago and it really knocked me out of action for about a month . Made me so grateful for my health when it eventually returned . I hope that you made a good recovery .

Health has always been so important and of course fitness .I didn't realize I was doing FlyLady .I would set timers for 10 min because I would get so tired and everyday kept going on small times throughout my day . Even when I was just cleaning my sink it was a feeling of accomplishment , and not giving in and pushing myself. It's been a journey and I'm sooooo Thankful 🙏

Oh wow! I love the sound of an electric mop . Thank you for the info re golden doodles . The coats are incredibly absorbent 🧽 Do you use a special dog conditioner or can I use a human one . We tend to use baby shampoo to wash them although we also have several dog shampoos but no dog coat conditioner

Try to be kind ☺️to yourself. We are only human . It’s easy to forget that’s why we’re really focussing this month to get it on autopilot . It’s one of the FlyLady routines I used to find the hardest . It’s been much better since my dishwasher got installed

The idea is that you keep a pair just for indoor use . It just like if you were going to do a workout at home you’d put on a clean pair of trainers 👟I treat my housework as a workout and I always wear my trainers. Stops me stubbing my toe and tells my head it’s time to work . They are my indoor shoes I’ve never actually worn this pair outdoors. I kick them off in evening when I rest .

Try it you may be pleasantly surprised by the results ☺️💜
