Why are the houses so close together? I wouldn't want that close-up view of my neighbors bedroom. At least 50ft from ea backdoor to the fence. Wow that's too close. There's only space between each house for the fence. Privacy is worth that price. There's no privacy in this subdivision.

Would you say that Riverstone is on par with many communities in Clovis?
Hello! I would so Riverstone is just as nice of a place to live as Clovis. You are truly not 6-7 minutes from Riverpark. While it’s Madera County, the community is closer to Fresno than the actually city of Madera. I consider it the north Fresno extension. And you can get more bang for your buck in Riverstone! Hello Jack, thanks for your opinion. This home is 3528 sqft which is actually quite large for Fresno/Clovis. The lot size is more than 8500 ft which is also quite large for the area. The neighbors are about the average distance from each other when comparing to other neighborhoods. Thanks for watching the video and providing your feedback.
beautiful house, and backyard. This home is definitely above the typical tract home, but what its missing is being a 3 car garage (not being tandem if this one is). The 2 garage setup makes this otherwise grand home look like any ol tract home that sells in the 400-500s. But get passed that and the price is good for what you are getting. Quail Lake values have always been lower because its just "out there". However clovis continues to grow east and sprawl will eventually catch up to where Quail lake will connect with the rest of developed Clovis eventually. And this community will be more of a rare one as they do not build these types anymore and price appreciation is imminent.

It's a nice house from an above the average cookie cutter builder in Granville. And this is one of their biggest plans other than their semi-custom homes. BUT not worth it. As nice as Riverstone is, its Madera. People thinking they are Clovis or NE Fresno all of a sudden over there. Only NE Fresno and North Clovis can justify a price like this. And for this price I would look there before I spend this much in MADERA. Clovis unified schools are way more superior. And for $1mil it feels like a basic cookie cutter version. Lack of real luxury details. Thin granite/quartz edge, lack of ceiling lights in all rooms and common rooms. Ugly brown carpet (but that seems to be lack of interior styling cues often found from people in the Fresno/madera area). Basic appliance package. Maybe in a few years as riverstone and Tesoro Viejo come up, but not at the moment for this price.

It's actually more expensive if you buy it from Fresno and Clovis. Also, Riverstone is not too far from Fresno and Clovis as it's not in the heart of Madera.
Also in regards to the schools, whilst Clovis Unified is the best in the area, if you look at great schools, Golden Valley Unified isn't far off. It's only a matter of time that they catch up.
