whats worse? the fact people wouold risk their lives just to express their creativity or a coty that would pay 3.5 million dollars to clean graffiti off an abandoned/CANCELLED construction project where the owner of the building refuses to press charges against the artists. with skid row and violent crime running rampant. The city would rather focus on being busy looking busy. Follow the money if you want to find true good or evil.

This corrupt developer Oceanwide has never completed a project in the US. There is one like this in San Francisco as well. Not tagged yet.
