I can say as a friend of a guy that has a second gen his truck had the 53 block in it originally but he got a long block from somewhere. I forgot where. He's got a built transmission behind it (it's automatic, but both he and I wish it was a 6 speed) 100% over injectors and a 5 bell train horn

Fixing parking brake wouldn't have helped as trailer was lifting rear of truck off ground. Get rear loading legs for trailer or ramps that sit on the ground like they are supposed to

Nice trailer but really need a 5500 for that much cargo, mainly for the suspension, also be sure to check the wheels weight limit, I've seen dually In the oil field with aftermarket wheels and they cracked, chrome don't get ya home😂❤

Usually if you put a truck in parking don’t need a parking brake be activated. In this case or the transmission went bed or wasn’t putting in parking mode…

Use park? Manual? Put it in gear and turn it off...turn the wheel to street. Like many options besides being dumb

E-brakes on modern trucks F'n suk. Last good E-brake I had was my 98' 8-lug 3/4 ton Chevy with the big huge rear drums. Those worked like a champion and I never overheated them.

Chances are the genius' e brake works and he never uses. Majority of people that drive apparently are like this too.
