📜 Lingonberry scones recipe Ingredients for 8 large scones or 16 small ones: ▪ 480 g wheat flour ▪ 20 g sugar (if you want sweet, add more) ▪ 15 g baking powder ▪ 1 g salt ▪ 100 g chilled butter ▪ 240 g of buttermilk (can be replaced with kefir or milk mixed with lemon juice (2 tbsp per glass) and let stand for 15 minutes) ▪ 100 g lingonberries For brush the tops of the scones: ▪ 1 egg ▪ 25 g milk
