I remember watching this special when it originally aired in 1987. I was at Spring Break 1986 in Daytona Beach. Jan and Dean had actually put on a show in Daytona Beach the week before I was there. Spring Break in the 1980s took place over about six weeks on account of varying college schedules.

Nancy baby Nancy is a class by herself. Miss her style, her humor, her beauty, her elegance, and her unique and distinct voice. Sings like no other.

Saw them at Musikfest in Bethlehem PA in early 90s; local newspaper printed a less than pleasant review (still have copy of article). Guess they weren't aware of what Jan Berry had been through in order to comeback and perform again. I fully appreciated their great performance.
