Love this!💜 Love definition of selfishness as self care done badly. Thanks for deepening my learning self care. I became both a people pleaser & caregiver for others. I so appreciate your authentic vulnerable sharing of your own personal experiences. Powerful. I am re-inspired to come to Centre for Spiritual Living when I am in Edmonton once a month. CSL was my Spiritual Home & place for self care before i moved away, 9 years ago, to Northern Alberta (my cabin in the woods). CSL feels like a safe home again. Thanks Rev Cliff. Thanks also for reminding me how important my 'taboo' work is as I teach women how to care for their bodies, intimacy, femininity & sexuality as a Pleasure Coach.
