I have been facing this issue for almost a year now and also dry mouth. I first thought it is from mouth so i got my teeth cleaned and the dentist assured me that it will cure the bad breath but it didn't. I have gerd issues but that is normal from a while and i also think i have sinus because i usually have running nose when i get up and a kind of irritation in nose. At work i have to talk to many people and it kills my confidence when they rub their nose. I just forget what i was talking and it is creating problems for me. I brush my teeth twice a day. Eat chewing gums entire day and keep my mouth hydrated by drinking water yet this shit isn't going away. It is worst situation when you do not know the reason of your problem.and i keep scrolling through the internet until i came across Dr.Obaedo on RUclips who helped me solved my problems in 1 month and 8 days with is herbal medication.;..

This video made me apprehensive! Generally not afraid of needles but the idea of putting that in her ear was a bit much!!

I feel that the sharp pick isn’t the proper tool. Too risky in case you hit the ear drum. I think microsuction is much safer, as you don’t have to dig into the wax to remove it. Possibly a digital otoscope as well so you can zoom in and enlarge the entire field of view without relying on the small lense. Also, a chair could help so you aren’t bending over to get in the right angle. All of this is to improve the safety for the patient.
