Fubao is back in her garden and tree trunk castle, eating bamboo. Her new nanny is very sweet so Fubao loves her too.❤🙏❣️🌞🌻🌺

On September 13th, the weather at Shenshuping Base was very cool. Around 9:30 AM, Fubao greeted her first group of aunts and uncles with an apple eating show. She then took a stroll in her yard and drank water from the pool. Both in the morning and afternoon, she ate some bamboo leaves and also had a bowel movement. Near 11 AM, it suddenly started raining, so Fubao hid in the tree hollow to sleep. She climbed onto the wooden structure to rest twice today, and her energy seemed better than yesterday. Today, the female keeper was on duty, and Fubao also went back to the indoor enclosure to interact with her. Let's hope Fubao continues to do well, eats more, and regains her usual vitality soon.

I went to see Shengyi's parents at the zoo yesterday. Our little girl has her mom's snout but more of her dad's colorings 😄

푸바오야 푹 쉬고 곧 가을이 오니 힘내고 주키퍼님한테 맛난 음식 많이 달라고 부탁해 ❤❤❤❤❤

아이바오는 푸바오를 낳기 전, 며칠 동안 아무 것도 먹지 않은 적이 있습니다. 어쩌면, 위임신 기간이 끝자락을 향해 가는지도 모르겠어요. 이제 날이 선선해지다보니, 밤에 강제적으로 들어가지 않아도 된다는 것을 깨달은 독똑한 푸바오가 야외취침을 선택한 것 같네요. 저같아도 시원한 밤공기와 밤바람을 맞으며 밖에서 자는 것을 택하겠어요. 안에 들어가면 시끄럽고 여러 사람들의 낯선 냄새들이 가득할테니까요. 냄새에 민감한 후각을 갖고 있는 판다일 수록 더욱 그렇지 않을까요? 에어컨도 없는데, 내실이 얼마나 답답할지... 밖이 차라리 낫겠어요. 아무것도 먹지 않아서 배는 홀쭉하지만, 푸바오의 표정은 편안하고 나른해보였습니다. 제눈에는 점점 적응해가는 모습으로 보여요. 푸바오는 에버에 있을 때부터 잘때 이마에 한손을 올려서 눈을 가리고 자는 버릇이 있는데, 이걸 두통이 온 거라고 오해하시는 분들이 있더군요... 오해입니다. 에버랜드 영상에 보면 강바오님께서, "푸바오, 너또 눈 가리고 자는 거야?" 하시는 영상도 있답니다... 우리 푸바오는 원치는 않지만, 점점 적응하고 있는 것 같아요. 쉬썅도 고달프겠어요... 우리 푸공주가 쉽게 곁을 내주지 않아서 말이죠... 하지만, 그렇다고 다 포기하고 이바오 방사장만 가서 청소하고 있는 것은 바람직한 모습이 아닙니다. 정말 실망했어요... 다른 사육사님들은 다 어디 가신 걸까요? ㅠㅜ 저 넓은 대국이라 자랑하는 ㅈㄱ땅에서, 마음 한자락 정 한모금 줄 곳이 없네요...❤❤❤❤❤

One comment about FuBao from the other day: Your figure contains sadness, loneliness and helplessness. As the channel owner says, it's heartbreaking to see FuBao completely drained of energy and 'hope'. The Shenshuping centre has managed to make FuBao look like that in such a short time. How has they succeeded in making healthy and strong FuBao despondent and dejected? It's easy. By doing nothing for her well-being. Let's not point a finger at her keepers regarding this matter, as they aren't decision makers and have to do all the real jobs of looking after their pandas including FuBao. Our criticism are directed to those sitting on high chairs with no knowledge of animal welfare or with complete disregard of it. If they want to continue to do nothing for FuBao's well-being, if they want to continue to take the importance of 'mutual' panda diplomacy lightly, let them be. 'Damage to FuBao's health' is evident. Today is exactly 3 months since FuBao was shown to the public. Not being able to climb a tree for such a long time - if you add the quarantine times and the isolation time to it, it's half a year or so altogether - FuBao has been living under immense stress, and probably reaching her limit. The following is my last speech on how essential climbable trees for big pandas is. FYI, you, the centre, can fool some Chinese people, some Chinese officials with little knowledge of animal enrichment, saying that we do have 'animal enrichment' in FuBao's yard, those small balls or tiny basket, or the short and narrow horizontal tree frame.. Those 'don't count as 'enrichment for an almost grown-up panda like FuBao'. They're for small panda cubs. If you invite animal behaviour experts and animal enrichment craftsmen/architect to the Shenshuping centre, and show them FuBao's yard, what do you think they would say to you? Perceptive Chinese people named pandas precisely in tune with their natural behavioural characteristics, 'Big bear cats'. What're cats like? Cats are sensitive, secretive animals with love for 'high places', where they can look downwards, better defend themselves and also feel safe and rest on. That's why pandas used to be and continue to be spotted on tall trees in the wild. Why is it that the Shenshuping panda centre hasn't been providing their grown-up pandas with any climbable, tall trees? While the centre emphasises 'the importance of the semblance of pandas' natural habitat', they seem to forget the fact that their big pandas aren't living in nature, but in limited spaces in captivity. According to the centre's emphasis on the similar environment to their natural habitat, there must be at least one or two climbable tree for each big panda. It's a great and lasting way of making pandas active, as once planted, trees will be there for long. Climbing a tree and also getting down it are full body exercise which strengthens their muscles in many ways, as they have to navigate through thick and thin branches to find a comfy spot. The centre is conflicting itself by not providing any single tree to climb. This is truly unjustified, and unforgivable because they deny pandas' basic needs for climbing downright. If the centre really hopes to help FuBao get her health back, take off the protective film of the tree with a big trunk and let her climb for now. If you'd rather sacrifice Fu's health than sacrifice a tree, all right. You've made yourself clear about this matter.

푸바오가 어제 밤 내실로 돌아오지 않아서 방사장 청소 및 새로운 먹이를 제공하지 못했다고 하지만 마시고, 야외 방사장과 내실로 통하는 입구쪽 야외에라도 새로운 먹이와 죽순을 제공해 주세요. 밤에라도 신선한 죽순과 댓잎, 대나무가 있으면 푸바오가 이동하면서 먹을 수 있잖아요. 지난번 왕사육사님은 실외 방사장에 들어와서 푸바오에게 먹이를 제공하는 모습을 보았어요. 쉬샹사육사님도 어떻게든 푸바오가 먹고 기운을 차릴 수 있게 도와주세요. 저러다 우리애기 푸바오 큰일납니다. 푸바오는 중국과 한국의 우호를 상징하는 판다외교관입니다. 푸바오를 세심하게 관리해주시는 것이 두나라의 우호증진에 큰 도움이 될 것이라고 생각합니다. 우리 소잃고 외양간은 고치지 맙시다. 후회하면 늦습니다. 지금 푸바오의 건강체크와 케어가 절실합니다. 간절히 부탁드립니다.

어제 아침에 조금 먹고 밤에 내실에도 안들어가고 오늘은 하루종일 아무 것도 안먹고 누워있습니다 먹을걸 평상에 못놔주면 내실앞에 놔주면 되는데 아무 것도 안주고 굶기고 있어요 사육사는 옆집 이바오 방사장 물웅덩이만 닳도록 열심히 청소하고 있었습니다 푸바오는 움직일 힘도 없는 것 같아요 띄엄띄엄 어쩌다가 어느 날 조금 먹는다 해도 너무 소량이라서 그걸로 생명을 유지하기는 힘들어요 장기손상, 탈수, 빈혈이 의심됩니다 5개월동안 심한 학대와 차별 접객 실험으로 만신창이가 된 푸바오가 이제 쓰러져 가고 있습니다 잔인한 선슈핑과 사육사가 푸바오가 죽기만을 기다리는 것 같습니다 불쌍한 푸바오를 제발 살려주세요 !!! 제발 ~ !

On September 12th, Fubao didn’t return to the indoor enclosure last night but camped outside instead, so the keepers didn’t clean the dining table in the morning. It seems Fubao ate something during the night. Throughout the day, Fubao rested on the artificial mountain, without eating or engaging in any activities, and her low energy was heartbreaking. Today, keeper Xu Xiang was on duty, and he will also be on duty tonight. Keeper Xu Xiang called Fubao to return to the indoor enclosure, but Fubao didn’t move till 5pm.
