Count the Elk - An Evening E-bike Ride In Tusayan, AZ

After my favorite dinner when I'm up working at the Grand Canyon - a strawberry mango chicken salad at the Foodie Club (I could do shots of that dressing), I took a sunset ride through the town of Tusayan, AZ. Tusayan is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, even though that name has oddly been stolen by Williams, AZ which is an hour away.
I didn't get very far before I was stopped by a herd of cow elk. They stopped traffic for about 10 minutes as they leisurely blocked AZ 64 (the road through town and into the National Park).

E-Bike ride down the New River Trail to the south end then east on the Grand Canal Trail to State Farm Stadium. Most of the video is in 5x time lapse, except the spot where we saw a raccoon on a wall and the actual ride around the stadium. Both bikes are Eunorau Meta 275's.

Michelle and I get up at 4:30 for a 3 hour ride down the New River Trail to State Farm Arena, where the AZ Cardinals play. 32 miles round trip. This video is mostly time lapse except for a few interesting bits and the ride around the stadium, which are in real-time. Michelle's bike is a Eunorau E-Torque and mine is a Eunorau Meta 275.
