Yeah it was, but I stupidly tried to go for an overtake on the car in front and misjudged it and lost control. Then the other car swiped me 😕

I really enjoyed that race, everything seemed to fall into place. Even the Clio behaved itself, mostly 🤣

Thanks!! but you always need a bit of luck with them. Clio races are always a balancing act, speed and consistency versus spinning and going off. I now wish I'd done more of them.

Yeah, his setups are great, now I can keep the Hyundai on the track whereas before it was near impossible. 😁

The Clio is fun but a handful when braking which can cause untold mayhem in the corners 🤣 Have a go but just expect to crash, come last, lose ELO, take someone out or all of the above 😉 Having said that, they are a challenge and different to the Mazda and alot of fun 😊

More of a, I'm gonna crash, try and miss them, moment to be honest 🤣

Great race. Lara - what a loon! Fast but a bit wild, he tried to use you as a brake on second to last lap but you managed to avoid him. He caught back up to Alex and Medina then threw it away again. Full concentration that race, not a Pundus in sight.

Thank you kind sir, it was a good race, I was losing time at the end, either loss of grip or damage, but the second half of the race had action to accompany the decline in positions

I usually end up ploughing straight into the mayhem, nice to have missed it for once, glad you missed it too 😁

Yeah, I avoided the carnage at the beginning and stayed mostly on track and within a couple of positions of my finishing place but there was a gap to the guys behind so obviously you were in all the action 😂

I was annoyed at the time but looking back at the replay, I think he ran out onto the grass and it slowed him down, but it also looked like he slowed even more so maybe he shifted down too many gears 🤔. Otherwise,yes, probably a 4th or 5th was on the cards. See you on track soon👍

@@ibro68 In the video its clearly seen he used the brakes when he should already be using the throttle (in normal conditions of course). That didn´t leave quite a margin for you to evade unfortunately.

Trying to give him the benefit of doubt, but you're probably right, could've been worse, I could have got taken out by the spinning car at Sachs 🫣

Same thing happened last season 😭, like I said, I don't like Hockenheim,🤬 just couldn't get the brakes right
