Too much hand gesture. Certain words are repeated,

Not sounding real

Unnecessary loud.. And gesture was full of arrogance .. Speaking loud and in a flow always considered tobe a sign of confidence but thats not true. Speach should be pleasent cofident (not arrogant)... With respectful tone that is audible enough to everybody and with descent body gesture... That I felt was totally missing here (my personal opinion).. Moreover that complete speach was seems to me was not spontaneous but scrippted and over practiced line by line.. Speaker was just impetient to be called on stage and stated vomating what he practiced for a hole week
