I found the room I was missing besides the final boss room. It was it the reverse Abandoned Mine opposite the save room.

There is a body in the rubble i didn't notice until now.

Finally found where the broken part was and it's still not complete. Leaving this part in so people can just how bad things can get away from you if you let it. Saving your ammo and resources in the city is key to having a comfortable run towards the end. The problem that happened here was that the auto save kicked in while i was in an alert phase (which shouldn't have happened) so I had to try and kill these guys while trying not to use my ammo. Needless to say I was getting a little angry.

My internet was acting up. There is about 16 minutes missing and my voice didn't get recorded. Just great.

Correction: at 2:06:20 she did not give me a health pack.
