I'm hurting 24/7, I don't get better days 😔

I have IC and almost lost my bladder. I researched numerous websites on current studies and found that the Cleveland clinic was conducting a study with Cyclosporine modified. 100mg twice a day, it is an Immune suppressant drug made for implant rejection. It also has different forms for rheumatoid arthritis and other auto immune disorders. I did have severe Hunners ulcers and was in constant pain. I obtained the research study for my urologist and convinced him to try this. I am currently 100% better with no symptoms whatsoever and can eat and drink without any restrictions. I’m am currently going on my fourth year symptom free. I implore anyone with this heinous condition to look into this study. It has totally changed my life.

I have some very grave concerns about this type of physical therapy and if you truly care about others then I hope that you will comment back. As for "increased soreness", a patient like myself who has I.C. CAN NOT BE MADE TO FEEL PHYSICALLY WORSE, NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY WORSE! Our bladders are the true source of pain because we have no mucus lining on the inside of our bladders and I personally have hunner's lesions on my bladder. So, to "be made to feel increased soreness" in any way is like putting a patient through absolute hell. Also, I am a Virgin because I believe in a Christian life style of practical morality by waiting until after marriage for conjugal relations. I am also gravely concerned that "internal" physical therapy" could cause gynecological problems like injury or even excessive bleeding. Are there people out there with I.C. who have been injured or harmed in any way by this physical therapy? Also, for people like myself, we would have to temporarily be put on Percocet orally and Lidocane put into the area or for me, it would be like doing surgery without anesthesia. I know Urologists push Amitriptyline for bladder pain, but Amitriptyline has copious side effects and I know 2 people who were badly effected by the drug. One person was given Amitriptyline at low dose for Fibromyalgia Pain and she became Obese on it. Another person was given Amitriptyline for I.C. pain and she developed heart problems on it. At least Percocet and Lidocane can be stopped right away, but if Amitriptyline becomes a problem, then the patient has to be slowly weaned off of it. So, unless Percocet and Lidocane are given, this type of physical therapy could be a problem in my opinion to handle. I can not be in so much pain that I am crying all the time and can not sleep. I am concerned that will happen if I do pelvic floor physical therapy without Percocet orally and Lidocane into the area. Hence, Can you give me any advice?

That's so true. Because I have ic and it seems like it's running my life and I don't have any control of it at all. It brings alot of stress to my life and it mess up my relationship because I'm always hurting cause of it

This is an amazingly insightful video. I am one of the lucky ones who doesn't experience IC symptoms regularly. But when I do have a "flareup", it knocks me down so quickly and drastically - that each of these problems/thoughts come rushing back. . THANK YOU so much for putting them in to words.

All of this had me in Tears, I wish my Friends and Family knew that I wouldn't wish this condition on anyone not even my WORST Enemy.
