So i went out on a limb and pulled a few tricks to gain some low too mid range power. Took the 317s off and put on some 862s for a compression bump. Also added ls7 lifters, btr springs. Arp head bolts, nbs intake manifold and warr 92mm tb. Very happy with the outcome

Just installed the stage 2 btr nsr cam only. Truck is a 2001 sierra 1500HD with the 6.0/4l80. The only mods are bosh 44lbs injectors, speed engineering long tubes, air aid intake tube and electric fans. Still using stock convertor and all engine parts are stock besides cam.

2007 c6 corvette M6 Trick Flow 225 heads g6x3 cam 102 fast. So i just got the mods on the car and tuned and on the way home on night I was bored and deiced last second to try for 200mph. If i cant edit it out im sorry I must have started recording it and it was upside down on the Iphone. and yes its just me in the car.

You should do a full sonnax performance upgrade with the full servo. World of difference.
I know your running the stock converter, does it need the stall or no? Any bucking or vacuum issues?
Hi, is you exhaust modified or stock? I only ask because its loud, is it loud because of the cam?
It is fully custom. Long tube headers. No cats. Magnaflow muffler.

No, still stock convertor. Truck actually has a 862 heads and new body style intake on it. Pulls camper like a champ and gets almost 4.5 mpg better since doing all the mods

Is the tune just for not having CAT’s? Or is there a specific tune for the cam?
There is a tune for the entire mapping of fuel and air to get the most out the cam. You arent gaining nothing by swapping cam without a tune

Just call BTR and ask for the Stage 2 NSR truck cam.
Mines is cammed and it only chops when I turn off the a/c

@@ramonsotelo2683 at the time of just a cam swap yes. The only thing diff on and in the motor was the cam. Everything else was stock and untouched .

Rev this thing out to 7k MAN! Come on, these trickflow 225s and G6X3 LOOOVE RPM on the LS2. I know all about this setup. The way you're only shifting gears just slightly past 6k rpm doesn't even do this monster setup justice. This is the perfect N/A setup for a stock cubes LS2.
Jonas Blain I was in no hurry to make this pull, I just wanted a smooth run. Yea this is the strongest H/C setup for an ls2 for sure. holds the H/C record for ls2 c6s, not mine but a buddies

Chris its no problem and for the most part I was just not trying to run it "OUT" since i was recording and driving with one hand and shifting with another. Thanks for subscribing and the car is being built, MANY new videos to come later in the year of Blue Devil
It ran 11.00s on the wrong tire, could went 10.90s if id tried but the car was making 492hp/444tq
It wasnt about the light, it was about making the best 60ft and focusing, not real easy on a stock clutch and drive train

Nice run! But I just have a question about it... I see you were shifting just barely over 6000 rpms. You have a custom cam in there too, so I thought you would be shifting past 6500 during a run like this. How come you weren't even shifting it at redline or beyond even? Also, you took it up to 189 not 200. A lot of people get confused with that because the 200 doesn't fit on the bottom where it should be, so it says 200 where 190 is. 200 is the lowest mark on the bottom of the speedo.
What did the car run in the 1/4 mile at that time?

LG Motorsports G6X3 cam. Trick flow 225 heads(had to flycut pistons when I did the heads) tire was to short and hit tring fourth was hurting me so we strung it out on the limiter for the best pass I could get on the short tire.

That aint 200. 200 is the last hash on the speedo. Look again.

Done as in ran not gona pull anymore? No I just went to max of my comfort level. car is a base model so there is no areo really to help hold the car down. If it was a z06 id kept pushing but the nose of the car was beginning to float.
